I buy a charging cord from you store walk out to my car try to charge my phone and cord is faulty spent 20 bucks on a faulty cord and you can't accept returns or let me change the cord out I spend 50 bucks in your store 20 on gas 20 on your cord and 2 drinks and you can't fix the situation because of store policy you have set which you can claim on you taxes at the end of the year anyways for damaged merchandise see if I ever spend my money at any of your locations again can't be mad at the employee for he is doing his job
Although their slushies are substancially more flavorful and of a much better quality than the default leader of super convenient store giant (SPEEDWAY), there are very few options when it comes to flavor selections. Of the 4 choices, (peach, Coke, Mt. DEW, and TROLLI Berry Cherry), only 2 are available at any one time. In all fairness even with Speedway having 3 times as many people working and over 10 flavor choices and 2 types of slushies the net offering is only about 5 flavors ready at any one time, but I must digress. My point is between the 2 stores competing players in the frozen drink sector, my choice is Circle K. I usually get lucky and have the 2 flavors that I enjoy readily available so I go wild and ( wait for it ), [pause for dramatic effect] a mixture of Mt. DEW & TROLLI BERRY 🫐 CHERRY 🍒!
Very convenient to walk to from my house and the clerks are pretty nice, one lady seemed to be irritated as she asked if I had a rewards card and if I'd like one, maybe just a bad day. Haven't seen her before. The bottled drinks there are a bit overpriced but overall great store.
Everytime I come here the service is always awesome! The employee's are always so kind and helpful and might even make you laugh. I always know when I go late at night no matter who is working I know I will be greeted when I walk in and they are always super helpful. They will go out of their way to check to see if they have something I need that might not be on the shelf. Also,I know I will always walk out with more than what I came for especially if an employee named Rich is there he is one heck of a salesmam lol. But need to give credit where it is due and he is one hell of an employee. He is great at his job and you can ask him anything about the store or their products and Rich knows it. He is always in a good mood upbeat and will make you laugh. The store is always clean and organized. Plus if you download the app there is usually always some sort of promotional game that you can play either daily or weekly and actually win multiple times and tons of differnt prizes. Everyone should go to Circle K! And download that app so you can win free stuff!!!!!!! Thanks for reading!
Would give this business negative stars if it were an option. Has complained for purchasing too much product and once... Seriously!?! Talk about poor business skills, & that was the manager. Very same manager just today accused the wifey of stealing from his store... Which she did not. Probably the most honest customer he's had in his poorly run store. Disrespectful, moody, arrogant, and just plain ignorant management! Not to mention rather overpriced, which could be easily overlooked if the experience was a pleasant one, but it's quite the opposite. I highly recommend you do NOT frequent this"business" if you can avoid it.
My sister and myself were just in the circle k store at 1am on January 9, 2018 and there was a gentlemen working the register. We get to the register and my sister proceeds to speak to the gentlemen and say hi and how he is doing he completely ignored her and started to be rude. She then asked if there was an issue and he asked her what her issue was she stated I don’t have an issue I said hi to you 4 times and you ignored me and asked for my ID. He then starts to mock her and act as if he didn’t hear anything she was saying while speaking and mumbling under his breath then proceeds to tell us to get out or he is calling the police. All she wanted was a simple hi back and it turned into something completely different. I’m not sure if he was having a bad night or what but I feel it was unnecessary and he treated her this way because she is dark skin (African American) . His actions were completely unacceptable and I’m trying to figure out was it too much to ask for a simple hi and some respect. He also did not give us our change back right away nor did we recieve a receipt or our items bagged. If this situation cannot be handled at the lowest level we will proceed to contact a lawyer we also had three witnesses. This was my very first and last time ever going in this gas station.
