The store is run down a lot the past couple of years. They are always having issues with the a/c not working. The polar pop machine is always broken very rarely have the ice to it working. The employees never keep the hot chocolate machines filled. Most of the time they don’t have pizza available and the coolers are always empty. And they never refill the windshield washer things at their gas pumps. They really should shut the store down or let go all their employees and get the store back up and running. This circle k is one of the worst ones in the state.

The bathroom was a complete mess. Once I was ready to purchase something I had to wait for your store assistant Lisa to stop goofing off long enough to complete my transaction. I don't know if it was her wearing sunglasses that may have effected her ability to efficiently provide a smooth and friendly transaction but definitely was not professional to say the least.

Absolutely love and recommend this store especially the night shift. He did ask me to leave a review, not only will he make a pizza 12 o'clock at night he would even make it special stuff crust or extra cheese. He practically lives there and he proves it. He owns that kitchen got tools to fix cars or help with a flat or dead battery when he's outside cleaning the outside of the store.

Great if you only need gas, but good luck if you need anything out of the coolers. The energy drink and soft drink sections are almost always some degree of empty and they never really have the store tidy either.

Edit. One star. Always long lines with only one cashier working (6pm on a Thursday) and stock is out lately for what I buy. Two stars is probably generous but the store does provide a very valuable service to a small town with only one other convenience store. Watch the prices when they scan your items - they are consistently incorrect. And when you mention it, they give some excuse about understaffing, not having a chance to put the new labels on the shelves, etc. Well that's breaking the law. If the price says one thing and they charge higher, that's bait and switch. Example: Pop tarts have been $1.25 for some time, but they ring up $1.95. That's 70 cents which seems petty but how many people get ripped off every day with this? Take 20. That's $14.00 the store is overcharging and it's just on this one example. Pizza or roller grill items are hit and miss if they have anything. Again - more excuses about staffing. I am sure if Circle K HQ in Phoenix did a spot check of the store the HQ people would not be impressed. The men's room is usually fairly clean but that's more an Irving Oil thing than Circle K. The AC unit was finally repaired and the store isn't either 95 degrees or cluttered with giant portable AC units with huge exhaust hoses going into the ceiling. A lot of improvements are needed but if they are true about staffing, they may never get around to the big things if they can't even have correct price labels on the shelves.

I'd give it zero stars if I could. Soda machine down for a month, new one installed and now they have no soda. Air conditioning has never worked right, portable AC units do nothing. Don't plan on picking up a bag of ice in the summer, always empty or the bags are just a big lump.
Understocked but still employees smile laugh and help get people out fast I would love to give a 1 star about a specific employee but that effects all the other good workers

Their coffee is the best! Freshly ground and brewed thanks to their Keurig systems. I heard they're finally getting their Polar Pop machine replacement this week- that's welcome news. Unfortunately still no AC inside the store. They are lucky to have a dedicated group of employees who, despite the lack of AC and hot temps, work hard to keep the store clean and well stocked. There's always a vast selection of fresh pastries, sandwiches, and snacks from which to choose and the grab and go pizza is a bargain especially on Fridays when they're $6! They also have lots of pantry and other convenience items.

This store has signage and cards which encourage customers to call ahead food orders (mainly pizza) so that it's ready upon arrival. Some employees do this, which is great. Others refuse to answer the phone, then refuse to make the food order citing a closed or understocked kitchen. Considering a drive for me is an hour, I don't appreciate my time being wasted so callously. Tried to bring this matter to a manager, but none were responsive. Unless it's late/early, there's plenty of alternatives to this place.
