I never rate gas stations and I probably never will again, but I’m doing so now on one solitary basis: they provide free gloves at your convenience for handling the pump.
If I could put 0 stars I would. The older lady on nights is very rude. She does not know how to work the register and I have waisted my sip and saves because she does not know how to ring them up. She was rude when I said I was not using a card. My fiancé has also had issues with her on nights as well.
Bought $75 in scratcher tickets for my father to give as Christmas presents to the workers at the assisted living facility he lives in. Several people had won (at least 2 $100+ winners), but when they took them to get cashed; the tickets were ringing up as invalid and ripped up in front of these people because Circle K workers never scanned the roll of tickets in. My poor father is so embarrassed, as well as the people who tried to cash theirs. We immediately called Circle K and we're treated very rudely and told to call back (no bother to take our name/number). We then contacted the manager who sold the tickets to us originally and she has just blown off the situation, no apologies..nothing. I've since been in contact with Illinois lottery, so hopefully they can resolve this embarrassing situation since Circle K wants to turn a blind eye.
Krista/crysta, whatever the young overly-chubby girls name is, has repeatedly refused to sell my husband cigarettes. she says she believes they are for me and refuses to sell them to him every time we go to that gas station. each time this happens, i am not in the car or in the store. we are both of legal age and have shown her our IDs on many separate occasions. We refuse to visit this gas station now because of her. also, each time we have encountered her she has a friend of hers in the store to hang out. There are other incidents with this specific employee, but I feel this review is long enough. Terrible service and attitude. will be going to Fast Stop where they actually sell cigarettes to people who present their valid IDs.
The older brunette that works here is seriously the rudest, most foul attitude adjustment needing person ive met.. After months of buying scratchers here i just went in to get a few and because i was bothering her conversation she rudely asked me if i was 18 lol im 31 with 4 kids and look everybit of my age.. And when i responded she tossed my ticket at me.. Ill go to hucks.
