The staff was very kind and super welcoming!! I got a box of four and an expresso and the cinnamon rolls were great!!! I was afraid of the cinnamon roll being super sweet on top of sweet toppings, I was so wrong! The cinnamon roll is not that sweet the toppings give it the sweet pop that it needs! The 3 star review is a reflection of the customer service and should be lower but I do not want to hurt the store's review because of one individual. The actual cinnamon rolls are delicious but we may not return due to the horrible customer service we received on a Sunday evening. It was my first time visiting this place, I walked in and no greeting barely a stare from a young lady that clearly was hating the fact she was working this day. I mentioned I never have been here before, do I just go by the instructions and choose an icing? She mumbled what I think was yes. Two other ladies walked in at that time and they had the same treatment. The young lady was actually standing in a corner in front of us on her phone. I know businesses are still short staffed, but if I was the owner, I would go work the store myself or close for the day before allowing this type of customer service. Like I said, I may return since the product is very good but will try a different location.
