If you like cinnamon rolls or cinnabon, this is the best in town. Very fresh and addicting. They were nice enough to let my daughter make her own.

My first time here and they absolutely had one of the best customer service ever. They let my 2 brothers and I try out the cinnamons before buying, informed us of each Cinnabon, and they were super soft and delicious. Will definitely be back!

The cinnamon rolls here are so good and vegan which is actually wild. Something that could be improved is the hours they don't open till 10 which is kinda odd for breakfast food.

Get your SWEET on!!! They make king cake, amazing cinnamon rolls, and some nice coffee to boot! I just picked up my pre-ordered king cake and made a last minute decision to refuel my mama coffee meter and grabbed a delicious hazelnut iced latte. The gentleman running the store threw in a toasted cinnamon roll for FREE!!! He also helped me bring my cake to my kid music jamming car! Great service! There are a couple of sweet girls who've helped us here before too! Yeah we're hooked. What can I say, we're Cinnaholics!!!🤪😂

Crazy good & insanely decadent loaded cinnamon rolls! Big, small, enormous - with a fun variety of toppings. The menu has several crafty combinations to choose from, and you can also customize/custom build your own concoction!
Also worth mentioning are some of the BEST brownies I've ever had.... Lunch lady style, these goodies are fudgy & moist on the inside with light, crunchy edges. They also have coffee cakes, cookies, and more, too! Such a GREAT VARIETY of baked treats. We sampled a little bit of everything, and it's all very yummy!!!
Coolest part: It's all 100% VEGAN... Dairy free, egg free, plant based. AWESOME!!! But, what?! How?!?! How do they manage to make everything sooooo good?! I don't know the secret, but it's mind-blowing and I'm super appreciative. One of the few bakeries out there that caters to dietary restrictions/allergies... And, I've done a lot of searching. They've made a fan of me, and Cinnaholic is my new go-to for when the sweet tooth hits.
This particular location in Spring (off Grand Parkway & Kuykendahl in the big shopping plaza) is especially delightful. The franchise is family-owned and the friendly treatment you receive is a reflection of it. They are very customer-minded, and service is stellar.

The service was great. Their kid is the best cashier. So sweet and nice and welcoming a great face to see when entering. The music was energetic. The mom and dad are fast as always. They care for their business and I love it that's what makes this a place to come to . Only wish it was bigger so I could bring my family to enjoy this vibrant place and sit to eat there.
