I just LOVE pastries, and this mixed box of original and pecan cinnamon rolls is out of this world. My preference for flavors is the original one; it’s excellent. Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Cinnamon Roll

Oh, that smell walking down the hallway at the Mall of America! We stayed at the Radisson Blu and it’s a nice walk in the morning to start off the day. The staff is super friendly and the classic cinnamon roll is exactly how you remember your last one- perfect!

Delicious as always. Received my order quickly and workers were very nice and friendly. When I was paying, the worker turned the screen towards me and point blank, asked me for a tip. He told me I could put my tip right there on the screen. I did not appreciate being out on the spot like that, especially in this type of establishment where they are not providing the same degree of service as a sit down restaurant.

This place is amazing. You can't beat the classic cinnamon rolls here. You can smell them cooking from very far away and it definitely gets you in the mood. I tried the coffee as well, but unfortunately it wasn't great. It wasn't bad either, it was just a normal cup of coffee. Unfortunately due to the place being busy constantly, and due to very limited seating in the first place you probably won't be able to sit and eat there. Luckily there are a bunch of cushioned seats out in the middle of the mall walkway that you can use. Another cool thing is being able to watch the employees as they make the cinnamon rolls from scratch. If you've never had Cinnabon at least once I highly recommend you try it.

Like most Cinnabons, you can smell this one from halfway across the mall. They have the normal Cinnabon menu of various cinnamon rolls, pecan rolls, and even some iced coffee treat drinks.

Stopped here just recently on a Saturday night, and no matter how late it is, there always seems to be a line waiting to order. I usually walk right by, but this time I was craving this place. So I decided to wait, and luckily the line was relatively short. I decided on a caramel cinnamon roll, because those are definitely my favorite of all of their menu items. I also like how it always seems piping hot. Of course this was a good treat for when I got home. I could either share, or have it by myself. No matter I just warm it in the microwave, and the food tastes just as good, as when I first ordered it. It would be so good to go back again. Especially with how cool and friendly everybody who worked here were.

I love Cinnabon. When we recently took a trip to Mall of America last week. I looked for a piece of the past from when mall rats were a thing still. And found this place again. Fell back in love all over again. Ever find an old dance partner from high school and remember how good things used to be? Well this place fits the bill. Old Cinnabon... a relic from another era of consumerism. This location serves the best product in the midwest if you love pastry from an older box company. The pastry was served fresh, hot, and has to be consumed with a glass of milk. Bought a six pack hit the largest mall in the world after. The service was awesome. This location was mint. Looked new. Worth every penny.

If you want to be served by rude young people or 'teens', careless customer service and people serving you old stale buns with yellow frosting at least you were warned. Years ago this company used to be on top of it and they would make the Cinnabons fresh that is why people drive miles out to support this business. However, if you hire poor staff, dont train well and think customers will put up with it you will loose sales, business and your reputation. What happend to customer satisfactory experience, asking what bun they want and making sure it is served Hot/warm. Dont recommend their locations Cinnabon were my most favorite treat! Cant wait until everything is online only its better that way people dont want to work. Bad GM she hangs up the phone has a heavy latina accent and is discriminatory!
