Gulf city branch, workers are rude and the tables are utterly disgusting the employees don’t clean or wipe them at all! crumbs and stains on the tables since lunch time and came back in the evening and everything was still there. I Asked them if they can clean one table for my cousin and I to sit and they ignored us. Service Dine in Meal type Other Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The standards of this place dropped significantly. Two points for the aroma and cafe arrangement experience. Taste, creativity, presentation and service are simply poor. Please close down or re-hire, train your staff properly in baking, drink making skills and customer service. I am sure there are qualified persons available just not what you presently have.

My absolute favourite snack is cinnabon. I always go for the minis bcz its so delicious. The larger ones are just too much for me unless I share it. The staff can work on their customer service but I don't mind a little rude behaviour as long as I get my cinnabon.
only 2 drinks to choose from today Sunday 23rd June 2019 and no pecan cinnabon...
Service is fair. Lemonade drink too acidic and very sweet. Cinnabon simply delightful. Eat in moderation
They sell slightly different things than Cinnabon. This is Aunty Annie’s (not sure if spelling is correct). Got there when it was about to close and so my options were few, so I chose something I don’t usually have...the cream cheese filled Cinnamon Bread Sticks. They were warm and amazing.
They make honor to its name, here you can find different coffees and wonderful desserts, it’s a good place to sit and spend a good time while having a good dessert, it’s located in the second floor of Gulf City Mall in the central area.

Trincity Mall has by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
