Not fresh, and the least amount of frosting you could ever have on a Cinnabon. It’s like they deliberately only put the tiniest amount of frosting on it to make you spend another 75c on a tiny thing of frosting.
Bread itself is dry and cold
Don’t spend your money on this wasteful things.

Worst cinnabon I ever had, it tasted like it was a week old, I lost my craving for cinnabon, I think 1 star is to many. I wish I read the reviews before I went there

Doesn’t deserve even one star, very rude staff. I mentioned open 8 am according to the website. The staff does not know how to be polite and nice. Don’t go there it will ruin your day with rude staff.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Worst customer service the 2 young ladies working the 4pm shift on Tuesday, August 9th 2022. We spend over $30 for trashy service never again rude nasty staff.

Not the freshest cinnabons. Also, when ordering any “pack” on the menu board, the answer is … we only sell as individuals now. Asked, “Why are packs on the menu?” Answer is “We sold one yesterday, we warm them up and put them in packs for people to take home.” But now and most the time, if your order is a 4 pack of the basic Cinnabons the menu board price is $16.99, but you have to pay get the Individual price of $23.99 for 4 … but served in the 4 pack container.
