I have never been treated so rudely by an employee. I ordered 1 cinnamon roll and the employee tried to upsell me on 6 take home rolls. I had to tell her several times i didnt want them. I asked for drip coffee and was told "we don't have that." It states right on the menu you do, so I asked what is that, pointing at the menu? Clearly the employee didn't feel like brewing coffee, or whatever, so proceeded to charge me for a $5 coffee, ready made, instead of the $2 coffee I wanted. When I realized they actually do have coffee urns, just no coffee was made, I asked for my order to be cancelled. When I asked for my order cancelled and a refund, before she had even begun making the order- so no big inconvenience- she became irate, asked me to leave. I asked for a recipt that I had been refunded and she said "I'm finna go off. I'm finna go off." She gave me a receipt that I had been refunded $5.04, not the $10 that I was charged so I informed her that it was incorrect and she continues huffing and puffing, complaining that I am just an unreasonable person, why can't I just take the $5 coffee, while I'm standing there calmly waiting for my receipt. She's going back and forth from that and threatening to "go off." She finally tells me that she can't print a receipt for the whole amount, the manager isn't in yet, if I'm not refunded the whole amount in a few days I can come back. I'm not coming back. I don't even live close to here! This employee should not be in customer service.
I like the taste of Cinnabons and the service was good I just think they were very overpriced because I've got a friend who can make better. But if you're in the mall and want something sweet this is the place to check out.
Very long wait to get served, but expected this time of the year. The cinnabon rolls were perfect, as usual.

They'll look you straight in the face and say "No, you can't buy a single roll, only a box of day old rolls" when they have fresh rolls sitting there. The reason? They have just enough to box up and sell the end day and if you buy one they won't be able to fill a whole box.
The cashier was very friendly. She was an older white lady and very sweet to speak with. I went two days in a row to get my watch looked at by the booth in front of the store. Both days she worked and was friendly both times. She spoke very kindly to my 8-year-old daughter. She heated up the cinnamon bites and made sure we were satisfied.
In my opinion, this is one of the rudest establishments ever...... In my opinion, the black female that works there is NEVER friendly. Walking away was the better option because I couldn't stomach eating something from someone who could care less. If you hate your job so much that you cannot even greet the customers, why even bother coming to work? But what's the use in calling the owner when it doesn't make a difference at all....... Thumbs down. I wish that I could give zero stars. Auntie Ann's, Sbarro, and Cinnabon are connected. I have experienced Horrible service at all of them because all of them use some of the same employees. In my opinion, it starts with management. They never smile so I guess the employees adopted the same attitudes.
I love cinnabon, obviously you don't need much they are so sweet but worth it. The only thing I hate is that it's in the mall so I rarely go but when I do it's good.
Walked pass the stall on Tuesday around 1 and decided to get a few Cinnabons. The menu said 19.99 for 15 mini bons and I told the lady at the counter that I wanted that, she then took the tray from the window to the back for someone to box it up.The person in charge who was in the back told her to charge me for them individually instead of what the menu stated. Individual that would have come out to over $48????? What a scam, she apologized and said she is not in charge over that, the young kid with the baseball cap looked so confused. I’m not sure who to report this to but buyer beware!!
