Absolutely ridiculous!! Ordered and paid online so we could have them for Christmas morning, drove 45 min to pick them up, got there 30 min AFTER our order was supposed to be ready, stood there for 5 minutes while both people working just kept looking at us but would not acknowledge us, it was a little confusing considering Christmas is 3 days away so they should be busy, some other people told us they were closed so after finally yelling to get their attention at a tiny stand they confirmed they closed because they had an order to fill 🙄 I had to argue with the extremely rude lady working that I had already paid for my order I just needed to pick it up and she finally while rolling her eyes at me turned around and grabbed my already packaged order that was sitting right there the entire time, I know it's hard to hand out already packaged and paid for orders but this is what you're paid to do, thanks for being absolutely miserable and don't worry we won't be back!!!! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The lady was on her phone while taking my order. The iced coffee is not good at all. It tasted like nothing I ever had before. And they also microwaved my buns right before they gave them to me. I wouldn't recommend spending your hard-earned cash somewhere with poor customer service and microwaved sweets.

Roll was good. Service sucks. No English. Had to point at menu to order. 1 tiny napkin. They dont have any knives. Had to stab at it with a fork to cut it. You know its a messy thing to eat. Give out some napkins and knives!

Cinnamon rolls were okay, however our service was beyond poor. The employee didn’t give us any napkins, he ripped our cinnamon roll in the process of extracting it and on top of that he broke the box where the bun was supposed to go. Room for improvement. Product good. Customer service really poor.
I have developed a problem they are just so good I have been driving over 40 mins every few days for a 4 pack Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It was great. My cinnamon roll was fresh out of the oven. They work really fast and they have a lot of other treats than just cinnamon rolls. Highly suggested going there especially when it's cold outside.
Worst Cinnabon I ever visited. Staff was rude and unprofessional. I ordered 3 drinks 3 rolls. Employee refused to give me receipt, tossed it. 1 drink and 1 roll was missed. I asked to print out my receipt, and found missed drink in there. Employee argued, but gave that drink to me. Lack of icing on the rolls. Horrible place.
Just went yesterday. It was busy and everyone was hard at work. The man at the register was multi tasking at am incredible pace, making a previous order while taking my order and being cordial and extra friendly. I could go to the galleria just to stop by Cinnabon
Bad customer service. Was at the mall looking around. Went to check Cinnabon menu and prices (not in line) to come back at a later date. While I was looking (not at the counter) the kid with dreads told me, in a not nice manner, that I can't order cause they were closed (this was maybe 6pm on a Thursday). Which was fine because I wasn't ordering anyway.
