Closed early
Google hours says open till 7. Got there at 5:45 and their doors were locked with 4 employees in there just laughing it up. The sign on the door said hours were open till 6 but even if it was 5:45.
Last time we were there the food was definitely good but the wait was crazy.

Only a 1 because zero not available. When I arrived, there were 9 minis available and a full pan of regular. I asked if they had prepaid boxes available, answer no, not right now. How much for 3 minis? $13 something including tax. How much for 9 mini prepack? $17, but it would be 45 minutes. Can you just put the 9 in a box, I'll take all 9 for $17. No, those are only to be sold individually if someone wants just one. So you won't sell me all 9 as a prepak? No, I can't. Aren't they the same? Yes. You'll pass on a $17 sale vs. Nothing? Yes.

Got there after 11 am said they were supposed to be open on sign and website, doors locked with employees inside doing nothing. Just looked at me as I pulled on door. Won't go back 2nd time this has happened.

Hit and miss on the service. This trip was great. The staff was very friendly and the pretzels were AMAZING, but I did order a bucket of pretzels. When I'm out in this area, I'd gladly go again.

Save your time and money. The 6 pack cinnamon rolls that we bought were hard and stale. It tasted like it’s been sitting there for a few days which wouldn’t surprise me if it was. As much as you are craving some cinnamon rolls after shopping, do not buy them because you will be disappointed. You have been warned.

Wish I could even review the food, but no opportunity to. It said online they were open until 7. Got there at 6:45 and everything was closed. Rushed from Appleton just to have them close way too early

Ordered online, they supposedly didn't get it. Then was charged a gratuity when ordering online. Not going back.

My daughter and I stopped for hot chocolates while shopping, thinking we were getting the fancy ones pictures with whipped cream and syrup. We got hot water and packets of Swiss Miss. No cream or syrup. They added the water too full and then poured the packet in so everything went over the sides of the cup and what we were handed was a mess. I tried to contact customer service, who first said they wanted to make it right and offer us drinks. But then they said I probably thought I was ordering the cold beverages and that I was mistaken. I responded to the question they had but never heard back from them and never received the drinks they said said they wanted to offer us. Next time I'll go somewhere else.

First time going to Cinnabon and I must say, the food and workers were amazing. I must say one of the workers with the dark curly hair, I think the name was Nathan was really kind. They made the experience there a lot better than expected. The food was also great, really couldn't get any better.
