We take a trip to Pigeon Forge, TN several times a year. We are so excited to go here and get our Cinnabon roll, sometimes twice while we are here. However, this time we were so disappointed! The Roll was so dry and had very little icing. I have no idea what they have done, but won't be going back for sometime. When you spend $30.00, you expect it to be awesome!

Food was very good. They were very busy so that would explain mess and trash on floors. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Cinnamon pretzel bites were okay. They didn't seem like they usually do. The cinnamon bun was extremely disappointing. It's been many years since I have had cinnabon. The cinnamon bun used to be really big, warm and gooey. Not this one.

The location was out of ice and wouldn't sell me a coffee without it. The counter lady was super rude about it and literally just glared at me when I thanked her politely anyways. I wish I had spent my $28 for some cinnamon rolls somewhere else.

I thoroughly enjoyed going into their shop for my sweet treat! The guys working were friendly, fun and truly made sure I felt that my desire to eat the sweet treat need more accommodations like something to drink or another Cinnabon. They made smile and just extended warm hospitality 🤩

Absolutely perfect! We arrived within an hour of close (sorry about that!) and the staff was still super friendly! We ordered a classic Cinnabon, cup of salty pretzels with honey mustard, a lemonade, and a deconstructed Cinnabon. Everything was absolutely perfect! He warmed up the cup of Cinnabon and it was soft and selections. The lemonade was the right balance of sweet and sour! I’ve had Cinnabon all over many times, but this was just different. Perfect. Every single item. Great job team! I would add photos but we ate it so fast all I could show you would be empty cups! Thank you!!

Delightful staff & delicious treats! 1st time ever going into one and definitely will not be my last!!!!! Wonderful clean building and great service. They have an easy to read menu and good prices. I am disappointed I didn't go into one sooner. Great work y'all keep it up!
