I want to apologize for the 1 star review but this was my first time ever at Cinnabon. Went in and the person seemed nice enough. Told them it was my first time in so I'd like to try the classic. There was a fresh batch the employee said they just pulled out of the oven. They looked delicious. The person behind the counter grabbed me an older one from the front. It looked dry and stuff but she microwaved the bun for a couple seconds. I thought this odd but I smiled and said thank you. Excited to try my Cinnabon hastily I dove in! Trying to cut through the shell was hard enough but my first dry stale bite really made me look at the person I was with and asked them if that's how it should be? They said no, after they took a bite (they were the ones talking it up to me). I went back in with my old bun and I nicely asked for a fresh one off the pan she said had just come out. She then said they're all fresh and proceeded to give me an older, already warned up roll. Needless to say. I don't know if I'll ever be back or ever recommend this establishment. My food and money went in the trash.
Wasn't as fresh as I would like it. They said it was made an hour prior. I just like mine right outta the oven with plenty of frosting for every bite. But there still really good when there warm.
