My first experience with authentic Mexican cuisine was at this food truck, and I was left speechless. The food was incredibly rich in flavor, offering an authentic taste that transported me straight to Mexico. I opted for their vegetarian tacos, and they were a burst of delightful tastes. The sitting arrangements were fantastic, and the woman who served us was exceptionally friendly. What makes this spot even better is its proximity to Love's Truck Stop, making it extremely convenient for truckers. I highly recommend this place to all Mexican food lovers—it's a culinary gem not to be missed. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
Been here a few times, the food and service is always great. This is always a must stop when we go through Oregon. Also the burrito are worth the price and they are a good weight. The red salsa is great and has a nice heat. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Steak Tacos with Cilantro and Onion

I had a breakfast burrito this morning. I was surprised to find French fries in it. I know ingredients are expensive but French fries? Potatoes cooked with onion and peppers would have been almost as cheap to prepare. French fries are just lazy. Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Lingua tacos are the best. Tender and not overcooked. Perfect! The lime wasn’t dried out like a lot of places. The staff was friendly and even funny. Will definitely be back whenever I come this way again.

The name says it all. Hit this place on a road trip. Couldn’t take a picture of my burrito before inhaling it. Coulda easily stretched this burrito into 2 meals, but I had no quit in me today. Would definitely stop here again. Great food cart pod, and also very friendly service. Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
6 stars ..well okay 5 but that last one is really fat, like me right now...this place is SPECTACULAR..from the food to the service to the conversation. Absolutely LOVED everything about the place..I drive all across the USA and this is superb food 👌
Food was Ok. They putted so much green pepper and potato(Fries) in a veggie burrito which wasn’t good. Otherwise quality and quantity was good, cleanliness was good. Nice Wibe down there . It is right behind the loves truck stop parking area. Located in a Henry’s food court there are 3 4 more food trucks besides them you can have lots varieties of stuff to eat here. I liked this place pretty much because there not much this kind of stops for trucks available down there where truckers can easily park there truck and grab some food just few steps away from them. Keep it there guys.
The lady who took my order was very friendly. There were very few prices posted on the menu. I found out why. After I ordered the “Ultimate” breakfast burrito she asked for $9......... I thought to myself, maybe this is a ridiculously good burrito. It was not. It wasn’t bad. It also wasn’t even a $5 burrito. All of the ingredients kind of blended together in a goulash fashion. The ingredients were of high quality, but there was no real pop to the burrito. I can see why the lady was super nice to me. For 75 cents worth of food cost, they are killing it.
