Amber was amazing. She immediately brought us waters and took our drinks orders. She gives great recommendations as well. We ordered the southwestern chicken egg rolls, rice bowl, tacos and a burrito. Food was hot and delicious. For drinks we had a berry margarita, spicy margarita and Cielo Rita. My husband and I popped into Ceilo Blue this afternoon for lunch and a margarita. Upon entering, we were greeted warmly and seated immediately. Ray, our server, was super nice, attentive and provided us with exceptional service. The margaritas were great (traditional frozen & peach on the rocks). Our food consisted of cheese dip with jalapeños, chicken fajitas, and shrimp tacos with rice and black beans. It was all VERY good! The restaurant itself is very nice and CLEAN. I emphasized "clean" because this is very important to me and my overall dining experience. If your tastes buds are calling for Mexican food, we definitely recommend Cielo Blue. We ate here last weekend. Our waiter was so incredibly slow. We finished a bowl of salsa before he showed up. He took our drink and food order at the same time. Our food and drinks arrived together. After finishing my drink and looking for the waiter to refill, I noticed my glass had lip marks all over the rim. I had to ask another waiter to help with this. Meanwhile, my waiter was sitting at the guest check in table folding napkins. When my check arrived (after I asked another waiter for it), I had to get permission to comp my dirty drink charge. There were no apologies. With as many Mexican restaurants in town, why would I come back? Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I do not like how hostess sit us don’t don’t ask if we would like to sit here or not. The lady placed us in the very front which my mother did not like. Josh P. Was our waiter. He seemed a little fidgety as if he had a rough day. But he was very understanding and nice. What I did not like was how he sent in our appetizers with our food and we received everything at the same time. Which was a bummer. My mother received the wrong food instead of a taco salad she received a burrito. Josh was very understanding and replaced her meal. He was fast on replacement drinks and came by regularly to check up on us however when we did need things he would often forget to bring. The food was nice. There was a lot of cheese between all of the dishes. The jalapeño cheese dip was a little too watery and my mother’s taco salad had too much juice in it.
