Workers seem to always put pepperoni pizza constantly on the bar instead of other normal pizzas. The older manager wasn't there, so it wasn't running as smoothly. Asked for a specialty pizza and sat down for 15 minutes, and then had to ask the workers what's going on. Excuses

You get what you pay for. It is a great place for a buffet. The food is not special but it is all you can eat and is usually a great spot to go for children's birthdays. I have been here loads of times and I am never disappointed. There are usually a large variety of choices in the pizza as well.

In the past CiCis was happy to accommodate our Church group with a large salad at a fixed price. Today I arrived to place an order at approximately 10:30 (Open Sign in window was on), only to be told to come back 30 minutes later when they opened. When I pointed out the Open sign, the woman said, I’ll have to shut that off, and closed the door. 30 minutes later, there were people standing outside, but the doors remained closed until 11:05. Apparently the store is under new management, as the woman in charge flatly said no, they don’t do large salads anymore, that they don’t have large pans and would have to special order them! No Customer friendliness at all! This location has lost a good customer!

Any buffet that’s under $10 has my attention and when it comes to “cheap pizza” - CiCi’s Pizza has everybody beat by far! With flavorful and fresh pizza at just $8.99 per person (kids $5.99) for an unlimited buffet which includes pizza, pasta, salad, and dessert. The staff is always super friendly and even their soda tastes fabulous, it doesn’t taste like water! If you are looking for an affordable and delicious lunch or dinner option, look no further than CiCi’s Pizza!
I am not sure what people are expecting from a $9 buffet, $12 with a drink..
I was thinking this was a 3-star place, as the choices are limited..
Small pasta and salad bar,, hurt the most, with so many gourmet specialty pizzas on the buffet,, I was having a hard time finding something I would actually eat..
Then, a gentleman stepped up and asked if they could make me a pizza. He earned 1 star right there. I rattled off a few ingredients, and 10 min later, they were calling out my pizza.
For $12,, I will keep this place in mind when I am hungry and in the neighborhood.

For $9, I thot buffet would have better tasting & fresher pizza. Waited quite a while for refresh on food items. Salad was best part! Marinara sauce was good. Been awhile since I ate at a CiCis. Prolly will not return to Rock Hill SC establishment.

We felt so welcomed, staff was very friendly!! Food was so good and fresh, they kept changing the food which was nice. Loved the pumpkin spice cinnamon rolls!! We will be back :D

This is a place for kids, enough room for birthday parties and children events. It is a great place to bring the winning team after a game. They have a small game area. decent bathrooms. Just don't eat the soup. I don't think they're clean those pots out.
