About
If you're an Italian cuisine lover, come here. The recipe for success of this pizzeria is its good chicken pizza, pizza salads and soup. From the visitors' point of view, cinnamon rolls are tasty here. The high ratings of Cicis would be impossible without the courteous staff. Nice service is something guests like here. This place offers you fair prices for tasty meals. As a number of reviewers notice, the atmosphere is homey. But this spot hasn't received a high rating from Google users.

The eastgate location has a manager named Cameron who is rude and very un professional I understand this isn't a high end place i mean we are talking about cici pizza but he is the manager and should act like one. Way to aim high for a career choice buddy. IL cici you later lol #bestjobever Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Very well laid out restaurant! Everything food was well prepared! Anytime pizza ran out you could hear the cooks call out new pizza! This location also has a salad bar. Really enjoyed the Mac and cheese pizza and the arcade is very cool as well! Don’t forget the Brownies! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
My absolute worst experience at a restaurant, ever. I went in with one other person and we were unable to finish a single slice of pizza between the both of us, after trying several different types. The soda was flat. My first cup of tea was fine, but, and this was almost impressive seeing as how we were both already aware of how terrible everything there is, when I went to get a second cup of tea, it had just been refilled and was absolutely ruined. I was amazed by their sheer devotion to serving only the worst garbage possible. The tea was my tipping point. I went up and asked for a refund. This is something I have never done in my life and Cici's Pizza was the one that brought me to that point. Sadly, I was told they don't give refunds. They did offer me a coupon for some discount off my next visit. I refused that coupon because I will never be returning and I would hate myself if I ever sent one I actually like to that place, even with a discount. I walked out with a bad taste in my mouth. I was upset and hungery and I was robbed. This isn't even the end.. I called the chains customer support and eventually got through and explained the situation. I was told that the Eastgate location is owned by someone so the customer support can do nothing to help me, but they will pass on the information and I'll receive a call. I did receive that call a couple of days later. A guy calls me up and said he's with Cici's Pizza and heard I have a complaint. I tell him that I sure did. Then I explain my experience as read above. The adult man on the other line tells me he's the owner. He tells me the pizza is great and many people go there to eat. He also tells me that he guarantees he makes more money than I ever will and how rich he is... I couldn't even believe what was going on. It was almost comedic at the time. Almost. I wasn't laughing though. I was actually quite upset sinc I realized then there was no point in trying to get my money back. So I tell him he must not make that much money if he can't even refund me my $20( I'm not even how much it was now). I hung up on him after that and have been upset ever sense. I found out that day that the owner is just as bad as the pizza. Food: 1

Workers are nice and clearly work hard to keep up with the constant messes I saw being made and the left by customers. Food is what you'd expect from a pizza buffet. Arcade is overpriced and requires cards. The prizes were practically the same cheap options from the gumball machines they have just as you walk in. Fun for kids, great place for a kid party/get together. I wish the buffet had been labeled and that they had more options of pizzas out at once.
