Clean and friendly staff. The bathrooms were nice and clean. Food was replenished fast. It was not busy at all on a Tuesday dinner time. The taste though. Why do they all taste the same? The brownies don't taste like anything either. Idk I was sad. I use to go to Cici's a lot before they closed in Wisconsin and I was very much looking forward to this but was very sad once I started eating it 😔 $44 for 3 adults, 1 toddler and drinks.

For a business operating on VERY TIGHT margins I will say this is an excellent place to eat.

You know what you’re in for at a Cici’s. The price pretty much reflects the experience, as well. Don’t get me wrong, I actually really like the BBQ chicken pizza, the garlic bread, and the cinnamon rolls are to die for. I think it’s certainly worth your time if you can stand a bit of an atmosphere - depending on the time of day and if there happens to be an event and whatnot. You can’t predict if it will be noisy or not.
This particular location does an amazing job with keeping food out on the bar. They work efficiently, and some of the employees are sociable too.
* As of this visit the buffet price has increased to $10 per person and drinks are an additional $2.
