Probably the best Cicis around. The food is consistently of good quality for what it is. It's not gormet pizza, but you don't go to Cicis looking for that. It's great cheap pizza with a good salad bar. My kids enjoy it and so do I. The staff is friendly, the place is generally clean... what more can you expect out of a low cost pizza buffet? I usually go here every once in a while, and it is pretty good with no complaints. Whenever I walk in the people are very friendly always greeting us and saying “Welcome to CiCi’s.” which I find greatly appreciated and kind of them. Also, the food is quite great with there being multiple options and the food rotating every once in a while with customers also having an option to order a pizza which then can be delivered to them by the employees. The food is also affordable and there is also multiple drink choices. If you are in the area take on the deal, the food is excellent for what you get. The staff are out standing, the food is outstanding, and the things offered are outstanding with there being a small arcade. I really was hoping the food was good…. Only the cheesy bread was edible. The pizza was just too squishy. Maybe if it had been cooked longer it would’ve been better. It has been 20 years since I’ve eaten here and now I’m sad. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is the worst experience I've ever had. I use to like cici pizza, staff was always friendly food was always good. But this time we went to eat there for lunch neither I or my husband where able to eat it. Took on bite of pizza and spit it out. Tasted like card board and left a bad taste in my mouth. Salad bar did not look appealing lettuce was little brown and slimey. The ONLY thing that was half way decent was the cinnamon rolls. Tried to talk to manager but no help. We paid way to much and left hungry. I DO NOT RECOMMEND eating here. Staff not friendly or helpful. I saw an ad that Cicis was selling the Piezilla. It's a 28" pizza weighting in around 4 lbs. So I wanted to get this as a surprise for our family dinner. When we picked it up, even customers inside were asking about the huge pizza being carried out to our car. I'm guessing a lot of people don't know about it. The expressions my daughters had made this worth it. There were seven of us, and we still had a lot of leftovers. They did a great job on our pizza, and the staff were all friendly. If you're planning a family or game night. I would recommend Cicis and their Piezilla. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5

Horrible experience. Went in yesterday around 6PM with family. Service is non existent. Asked a female employee behind the buffet for a pep pizza she looks right at me stone face and points and says there is pizza on the buffet eat that. So requesting a pizza that is not on the bar now is to much of an inconvenience? Tables are filthy but there are 6 employees standing behind the bar chatting. This place use to be very good but it's went down bad poor customer service or lack of any service and old cold pizza on the bar. I will not return to this location. Cici's is corporate and franchises, I believe. Somebody at Cici's should be responsible for updating their website. Today, 12/21/2023, 5:15pm, I clicked on Google maps location in Yukon, OK. The information showed most pertinent info. I then clicked on the website, which is Cici's, not Google, On Cici's website for this location, there was a listing for $7.99 buffet and $4.99 kids buffet. When I arrived at the Cici's location in Yukon, OK., the kids buffet was $5.49 and the adult was $8.49. I brought this to the attention of the cashier, then the manager, and then the district manager who was working the kitchen. Like the manager, he said he would pass the customer input message about the wrong prices along to corporate. There was nothing else he would do for the customer. Obviously, it's not gourmet pizza, but you are not paying gourmet prices. The meal was filling but not necessarily satisfying. This place is awesome. Cici's is an incredible deal. And this location has a wonderful General Manager. Highly recommend for affordable lunch or supper— Especially young parents. Cici's is a staple.

Overall this is the worst CiCis I’ve been to in the state. The cleanliness, service, and food are not up to par with the CiCis in Oklahoma City. Store smelled like the floor was mopped with dirty mop water, men’s bathroom was filthy, urine all over the floor trash overflowing. Expected to hear at any moment during the visit “clean up on aisle 9” lol. Pizza buffet no stocked at a constant pace for the volume of customers within the store. The employees were not smiling or happy to see customers rather they were looking in despair.. like can this rush be over any sooner. Not sure if it’s just the practice at this location, but I got charged for an infant < 1 year old which was a bit odd. More training and cleanliness and this store could be wonderful. I am very glad I don’t live In Yukon and we were just visiting because we frequently dine at CiCis and this was awful. The ONLY good thing was that this store actually makes the original BBQ pizzas still which was quite a surprise as they’ve been gone in OKC for awhile now, although they were gone very quickly after being placed on the buffet. Everything was great except the restrooms. The restroom was not maintained and no changing table. Had to go to the car to change my baby. Highly recommend getting a changing table for both restrooms.
