The food at this location is good for a Cici's. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant is a bit uncomfortable. With time it has only gotten worse. Restrooms aren't checked often it seems, and floors in the dining room aren't swept. Absolutely horrible!! Do not buy here ! We made an order online, paid, & when we went to pick up the order at the location, the employee said someone else had picked it up already. What!! Not that it matters, but the order name was to a women’s name, & they let a man pick it up. They also charged my account two times, rounding up to a total of $100 !! And never refunded the money. The manager and employee were rude, stating that it was not their fault! When I called & spoke to the employee that gave away the order they stated “I gave it to the Doordash guy.” What!?? it was an order on the WEBSITE. Not doordash.
