Update December 2023 ----------------------------- I was here last night because that one friend wanted to take me there to share some good news and celebrate. I agreed because even mediocre pizza is still a decent pizza. One of the first things I noticed was they got rid of a lot of the booths and replaced them with tables & chairs. I'm not sure why they did that but whatever. The pizza is still the same quality. It's ok, but not much better than frozen pizza you buy at a grocery store and heat in an oven at home. They are very stingy with the toppings on some of their pizzas. At least they have a small salad bar with ranch dressing so I can fill a container and dip their pizza in ranch to help with the bland flavor. The reason I am lowering my score of Cici's is the volume on one of their arcade machines was set so loud that I could barely hear my friend talking to me who was sitting across from me at the same table. That was incredibly annoying. It's as if they are making Cici's more entertaining for kids and more annoying for adults. Bottom line: If you want to go to a pizza buffet that has high-quality pizza, go to Pizza Ranch instead. Cici's has turned into a joke. ----------------------------- Review from March 2022 I discovered Cici's several years ago because a friend Insisted we go there one evening. I could understand why he thought so highly of Cici's because it used to be a really good price for all you can eat pizza. The salad bar is basically the bare minimum with no real meat options. They offer some pasta and soup which are good. The bread sticks are good. The quality of the pizza, the main attraction, is just ok. Now that the cost has basically doubled since my first visit, it's more difficult to justify coming here. The desserts are good. One big incentive for me to eat here used to be that this was the only place in town that sold Apple Fanta. During my last visit, I found out they replaced it orange Fanta! Boooo! In the grand scheme of things, it's probably one of the few buffets still open because of Covid, and Cici's is probably the cheapest of all the all you can eat buffets. The pizza was good the salad bar was fresh and looked very appetizing. The bread sticks was very good. We ate lunch there today. The shorter guy was running his butt off and the taller guy was just sitting in front on his phone. Just doesn't seen rite. The bathroom REALLY NEED WORK. That place use to be a real good cheap pizza place but it has really gone DOWN HILL. They need to make the shorter guy in the kitchen the manager and I bet he would get things done. Today is March 5 2024. Please fix this place. I hate to see it close. But unfortunately we probably won't be back just because of the bathrooms. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

When we first entered the place it smelled like a sewer. I used the restroom and it was dirty and there were no paper towels. The food was ok - not real fresh or hot but we were hungry so it tasted ok. As we were sitting there we noticed how dirty the windows and the salad bar glass were. My husband used the restroom before we left and said we are NEVER eating there again. He said the bathroom was the worst he has ever seen. Absolutely disgusting!!!! WE WILL NOT BE BACK - disappointed - as we stopped here frequently when in Lincoln. It's the day after and we are feeling sick just thinking about the fact that we ate there. 🤮 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Dude at the buffet will just stand and stare at you the whole time you are trying to eat. Games never work. The most horrible customer service. The food is old and awful and if you request more of something that is gone they will point at the other offering and tell you no. 'Salad bar' is just lettuce and pizza toppings, they don't even have CHEESE as an option on the "salad bar". It is over priced and terrible. Don't waste your money go anywhere else. The other day me and a friend decided to dine here. The windows were extremely tinted so we were wondering how it was inside. When we stepped in the establishment we were beyond star struck. Every table was dirty, the floor looked as if it was in a third world country, the bathroom would be better off if it was used as a community pool, and the kitchen looked like a concentration camp. The cashier took our buffet order in gloves that would be part of a hazmat suit and that was the least of our troubles. When we sat down we felt as if we weren’t near a suburban neighborhood and in a ghetto. There was only bubble-gut pasta and pepperoni pizza to eat so we decided that maybe we would wait and play in their arcade. When we stepped in there little setup we knew we’d either be playing with ratatouille or stewart little. After that encounter we knew we’d be better off having empty stomachs than getting food poisoning with the cherry on top of diarrhea. Honestly, this was one of the most disgusting restaurants I've eaten inside. None of the employees were cleaning the place. There was food littering the floor, dirty dishes on almost every table, and the bathrooms are in serious need of repairs. I couldn't even wash my hands after using the restroom because one of the employees was washing his feet in the bathroom sink. I wouldn't suggest anyone eating here with the restaurant in this state. If Cici's wants to keep a good reputation for this location, they need to do a serious overhaul of this restaurant. The Mon. And Tues. Deal is a joke!!! The 4.99 dollar buffet was not honored. Then they guy tried to tell me the math was right and it was taken off. $54 ÷ 6 = is 9 each. Yes I know the deal is good for 4 but let's do math 4.99 *4 = 19.26. Then 9*2 = 18. So the total is 37.26. Never coming back I never came here because food was good just this deal. -3stars Absolutely filthy! Everyone of the high chairs had days old disgusting food caked on them. All of the games were sitcky and gross like that have never been cleaned. Floor was sticky. All the chair had food caked on them. This entire place needs to be shut down and deep cleaned with bleach and steam. And the have a very obvious sewer gas smell in side and out. Something is not right with their plumbing. The entire place smelled horrible. This alone should be enough to have the health department visit. Outside smells like the toilets are draining into the parking lot. Someone needs to look into this, it's hard to believe that someone doesn't know that there's a serious issue with the plumbing given the odor. Go to pizza ranch, much better option! I normally love going to cicis but I will not be back. We asked for two adults one soda and one water. Just for the employee to not only charge us for two sodas but our 6 month old who can even eat the pizza anyway. When I explained what happened he told me I need to make sure I state what I want which we did. He then proceeds to just refund the whole amount instead of just refund for the things I didn't ask for. Please make sure if your employees are going to smoke before work they can still do their job. Do not walk into this place! Tried out Cicis for the first time and this place is substandard and disgusting. Many tables were unsanitary, soda dispenser was filthy, and none of the employees did anything about it. One worker was behind the counter just smiling and laughing to himself without assisting the manager. Pizza was extremely bland and flavorless.
