Very disappointing . How are you going to sale sides that require utensils and not have any to give to customers that are dining in. Asked for a fork and the employee told me they don't have any. Why not warn customers before they order. Customer service was rude,in a rush and not accomadating at all. Manager was no help either. Came here on 2/5/24 around 2pm & ordered a grande meal deal , the chicken tenders weren't cooked all the way , chewy as they could be chicken was greasy the Mac n cheese tasted like it was old. My whole family has food poisoning included my 1 year old baby. If I didn't live 20 minuets away I'd return it. I placed an order with a family meal along with 6 6 thighs. My family meal came with three large. We had to wait for the 6 thighs to be made and waited about 30 minutes since they were doing the drive-through. After 30 minutes was done, whoever was in charge. I don't know if it was the manager or the supervisor they advised us that they didn't forget us.. Thought that was very nice, I'm waiting patiently. After everything was set in done and they had our things together. I noticed that the sides that we requested were not put in the bag.. They exchange the mount to the right ones. Before I walked out the door, I asked for 6 thighs that we had been waiting for were in the boxes, and they indicated yes.. Since we were exhausted, we went ahead and headed home.. 30 minutes after we got home, we opened up the boxes to get everything ready-to-eat...... where are my thighs??? No where! They gave me a mix box and the tenders that we had with the family pack.. This was not my order. When I tried to call back to get this taken care of , no one would pick up the phone.. We were on our way home, so we were about 20 minutes out from this particular location. I called corporate the next day to advise of this issue. Because this is not the first time this location. He's not provided as the correct meal. I was advised that I'd get a call back, but nothing ever happened. I paid extra for all 6 thighs and never got the money back for it or even what I ordered. As I advised before, this is not the first time this location has made the order wrong or did not put the item in the box. The sad thing is, this location was not busy at all. But 1 or 2 people in the driveway through. During the 45 minutes we were there. I would not recommend this location, and I have not gone back since. Not happy, I don't know why they ask if you want dipping sauce with the meal. Apparently it's a difficult task to make sure if a customer wants ranch dressing they should get it. I know I should have checked my bag before I left but I thought I would trust them. But as soon as I got home with my meal the dipping sauce was not there. This happens quite often. When I order my food I ask if everything was fresh on 8/17/21 between 7 and 8 pm they said yes as you can see in the pictures everything soaked in grease. Very unprofessional they need more experience on the fryers not just get anybody and put them to cook. It looks and tasted like old grease.
