I’ve been here when i was a kid and recently as an adult over five times and it’s really good food. It has really bad internet critics but it’s because of the competitors . Affordable prices. Underrated. You know it’s good when there’s elders buying food every time you go. Store closed over 30 minutes early. Staff is always rude with a smirk on their face. They move at a snail’s pace on purpose. I’ve worked in a restaurant 20x busier as assistant manager andstill get customers in and out in 10 minutes with decent customer service better than this staff does. Manager needs to get this location together. If staff don’t want to do the job they need to quit .. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went in and the wait was more than 30 min and that was just to order. Staff was very unorganized. Before going in tried calling so my order could be picked up but they also don't answer the phone. Won't ever be going there. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It can get very busy and hot depending on the time of day you go. It's very small and quaint. There is no wheelchaire access. The food is okay, a little to greasy for my taste. The Smokehouse Chicken took over 30 minutes of wait time. They didn't even tell you it was gonna take long. If I knew, I would have gotten the pile that was already cooked. They rushed it after I tried to get a refund and they even forgot to put the smokehouse sauce on it. Service was booty. Service: 1

I was yelled at for asking for a free refill. During previous visits, I encountered no problems getting free refills. In every visit, I would ask for one refill for a large sized cup. Just kindly ask, they'll ask you to remove the lid and then refill it for you. On 08/16/23, as I walked up to the counter, I was immediately told, "No refills." (I didn't even ask yet. Just had the lid removed.) Baffled, when I asked for affirmation to check if I heard correctly, I was told, "NO REFILLS!" in a very aggressive manner three more times. She then offered to me as an alternative a "small plastic cup," to which she would fill with Coke Zero. Holding my large sized cup, I declined. Even while I was walking away, she got louder and louder, insisting on offering me the alternative. While I don't mind not getting a "free refill" since nowhere does it say if you can or cannot (or if there is I cannot find it), HOW HARD IS IT TO KINDLY TELL A CUSTOMER THAT A CERTAIN SERVICE IS UNAVAILABLE!?
