My order was completely messed up, missing ELEVEN items, and after waiting 15 minutes for someone at the front end to acknowledge me there, I left. I decided because I was short of time to call and report it so I can pick up the rest of my order at a later time, but no one ever answers the phone! Twenty dollars of missing items and they wouldn't even blink at assisting me.

I don't like the chicken, and it's hard to pronounce it in Spanish, my family literally calls it "shersh" but the fries and biscuits are good.

I went to this location in December 2022 with my family. We tried to order using the drive tru. First, the employees working there were having a party, you can heard them laughing and joking with loud music over the speakers., they had the audacity to tell us that they couldn’t hear me after I repeat the order 3 times. We walked in to order. Orders were given ALL wrong. After going to the car we had to go inside the restaurant 5 times to get our items left off the order or change to the correct ones. The bowl I did order was overloaded with onions and vinagre and didn’t had have all the ingredients shown in the picture. I can go on and on…but this place need to hire responsable people and not people that do not care about the franchise. All the interaction we had there, the employees were joking, I had to repeat myself over and over again while ordering because there was no eye contact while ordering. Worst part the person in the cash register didn’t know how to count!!! Took an hour to get our food order close to what we wanted and at the end was incomplete and nasty… we gave up. Jellyfish have more brain and manners than their employees!
Dirty tables they don't pass by and clean them , men's toilet was a nightmare I'm pretty sure non of them have passed by to check it; ordered crispy tenders and they felt like if I ordered Softy Tenders. And they were kind of bitter, the meat didn't have good taste.
Most of the time when you order by car service the order is not completed or not done how you order it. The food is great but you can't eat it because is not there. Again today 01-15-22 service car three article not given and was a new girl at the window. F+
Something is not right when the drumstick from the wing is the same size as the chicken leg. If you want to one day have health children. Leave this stuff alone Something is not right.
The service was good and the restaurant was clean. We were greeted by a kind employee and our order was quickly taken. Even the manager (or supervisor) of the restaurant was there and seems to be nice with the customers and employees. The chicken wasn't that hot but it was OK, we enjoy our lunch there.
Service sometimes is not that fast but the corn on the cob and "ensalada de coditos" are delicious. If you are into Popeyes Chicken, then Churchs is a good sub.

OMG.... This location was the best I have ever seen before ever. The restaurant was cleaned, the employees were so professional and nice. K. Ruiz manager is phenomenal and her employees JessMaria was amazing as well. My food was fresh and hot, no excess grease from the chicken. Everything packaged in containers, I was so impressed.... Our Southern States could learn a lot from Puerto, Rico the people here are so amazing. I look forward to visiting again real soon. This was my first trip here and I absolutely loved it!
