Nice, clean, friendly, and food was better then average. Prices were fair for portion sizes. They serve hot tea with your water as soon as you sit, nice touch! Only 2 small issues, 1 of the egg rolls were soaked in oil, other was fine, and 1 beef stick was tough, fatty and hard to chew, but other was delicious. Shrimp w/lobster sauce was delicious! Ordered late at night, just before they closed. I was so desperate for some comforting beef chow fun and some egg drop soup, I went with wherever was open and still taking orders. Prepared for subpar food, I was so taken aback to instead have the best Chinese food ever! I ordered the beef chow fun, egg drop wonton soup, and pan fried pork dumplings. The beef chow fun is hands down the best I've ever tasted in this area, and it is one of my staple Chinese dishes I order. The dumplings are seasoned perfectly and come with a vinegary dipping sauce that was great. The soup was piping hot and delicious. It’s not too often I sit in a Chinese Restaurant to eat but on a few occasions I’ve come here to sit and eat. There’s never a wait but the place is usually half full. The food is delicious and the service is quick. It’s unfortunate that the other customers are so loud and talk about their medical conditions with no awareness of other people dining around them but that’s no reflection on the food here. We’ll be back I’m sure. #karmelknockingaround

Needed a new Chinese restaurant as I’m new to the area and this didn’t disappoint. The spare ribs were delicious and my chicken and broccoli was spectacular. Everyone I ate with loved it. Use to call it "local" when I lived in Old Bridge. It is just as I remembered. Good smooth silky egg drop soup, great tasting wontons and broth. This is one of the last OG Chinese restaurants that still serve chicken in foil! Soooo good! Food is good, great service. Happy I stopped in while in the area. Food was hot and came out quick. Guy at the front was kind. Food was like something I've never seen before. General Chicken had no veggies and was basically chicken strips with an oily sauce. Rice was old and tasted like a an a rice cooker. Wonton soup was brown. Didn't even bother to open it to taste. What a waste of time and money!

Our office ordered a large batch of food for lunch, and the quantity of the food is great, however, their food is bland, like there's no salt or something. Been ordering to ofchinese restaurants before but I think this is my least favorite.

The inside is a little dated, but the food and the service more than makes up for it. Go for lunch specials!!! The business really cares if you enjoyed the food or not. One time I was not pleased with my order. They more than made up for it the next time.
