I came back to read some of the reviews and realized that I wasn’t the only one that had issues with the food, the security, and the lack of activities promised In this establishment. I came here for my birthday one weekend and was treated horribly by security and the manager. I vowed to never go back. On top of that just the responses from the owner on these complaints should tell you unprofessional he is here. I know because I met him while complaining at the restaurant. He allowed our server(who was dressed like a sexy boat captain for some reason)speak over him and rudely to us. You don’t disagree with customers complaints! You apologize and assure them it won’t happen again. You also offer some kind of incentive for their inconvenience. They need new cooks, new management and better security. Is this a club or a restaurant? Please focus on the food first because you lost me with the taste of that bland macaroni and I’ve had good fish before and this was NOT it!

I have dined in at this place twice and loved it both times. The food was delish it was priced decent. However didn’t like the 20% gratuity, I thought that was a bit pricey and hated the parking. Customer service was great. They have a bowling alley in the basement and the place gets pretty lit on the weekend. If you don’t mind finding a parking space and the gratuity’s it’s definitely a place to visit. ❤️❤️ update 2023 . I still visit this place quite often and the food or service has never failed I upped my stars to 5
Restaurant upstairs and club downstairs. Food Amazing and cheap!!!!!!! Catfish hot and delicious and Mac and cheese the best I ate. I wouldn't drive that far again but for a local spot I would go.

First time here and I had a good experience. We took the elevator to sit on the roof. The service was really great, they were attentive and friendly. The cocktails were average and are what you should expect them to be. I recommend the bbq wings because they were really flavourful. Also, gratuity is automatically added to your bill. Overall, it's a decent spot to come in if you're around the area.

OMG!!!! I am in LOVE with Chug A Lug!!! Ok, first off, this place has everything! They have three floors, the main floor, downstairs where they offer: axe throwing, Bowling, and Bingo (call to verify if reservations are needed) and a top floor with roof top seating and tables. I did not have the food but I'm going back. I will say that the food looked really good. They have an extensive drink menu, "something for everyone" type deal. The staff were great and very helpful going through the menu!! On Tuesday's... they have what I call ... "Not your Mama's Bingo!!". The emcee was freaking HILARIOUS!! It was sooooo nice to see people laughing and getting along.
Now. If you want to check out Chug A Lug Pub ... phone first or check their webpage. There is a dress code and on weekends at 8:00pm photo ID's are checked and all those UNDER 30, yes under 30, must exit the establishment.

This place is an awesome local hidden gem. 💎 Great place for dates or meeting up with family and friends. It has the type of atmosphere that allows everyone to blend in. You can dress up for a night out or dress comfortably. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service was spot on. The food and drinks were delicious. I feel like the prices are moderate and match the quality. Be prepared to spend a bit. I came later in the evening. Security checked ID at the door. They were visible, friendly, and in motion. Convenient plaza parking along the front and side.
