This location is severely understaffed. You constantly have people waiting for assistance. We visited because it was a classmate's birthday. Secondhand embarrassment is real. If you're paying for a party you shouldn't have to ask for what's included in the package. It took 5-10 min. And 2 staff members to open up the ticket blaster. Another thing that's included but would not have happened if the birthday girl's parents didn't ask for it. The worst part is that a similar situation happened last year as well. Their prices are crazy high considering the pizza that's like cardboard. Service was great. Not alot of people there when I went. FYI- for myself and two grandchildren, it cost over $100 for food and gaming. Ugh! Foods great. Prices seemed higher than anywhere else, but it is what is… the family had fun! Over all, everything was great. Also, the selection at the bottom where it says ”which dishes do you recommend” sucks!! Because most of the listed items had NOTHING to do with the location.
