Please fix/redesign the toilets!
This is one of the best chop chop I've ever been to, always great food...but... The toilets are badly designed (photos): the sink is too small with an impractical shape, so when people wash their hands water goes all over the floor! The result is a bathroom that is totally wet, smelly and humid all day !! It's disgusting!! Also you need to install better ventilation.

This is an asian restaurant with a lot of fastfood undertones to it. There is not a lot of parking space so be aware of that when you come.
The interior is really nicely decorated with a homey feeling to it. You order either by app or with the self-order screens. Their service is very fastfood chain esque, you get a number and when your number pops up on the big screen your order is ready. We were greeted by a very kind young lady when we came in.
While i compare the food, keep in mind that I'm judging it on fastfood standards. My family and I ordered different dishes, and I got to have a sample from all of them. My favourite dish was the teriyaki salmon. Salmon cubes fried with a coat of potatostarch and dressed with teriyaki sauce garnished with Sesame and springonion. Really good for its price.althought the salmon was a tiny bit overcooked. My least favourite dish however, was the lime chicken. While the chicken itself was tender, I found the sauce to be rather plain. But the texture of the sauce was very creamy which is a plus. I also ordered the thai pudding which was very nice actually.
This place may not be a super high-quality asian resturant, but it is really quite good on a fastfood standard. I would definitely go here over some of the other fastfood places that are nearby.

Well, ChoChop restaurant, is one of my favourite restaurants, the place is very neat, the service is top notch, and the food is superb, children are available and good parking lots.

Best fast food chain I've visited so far. The food was delicious and the place sparkling clean. The manager even offered to clean off our trays after we'd taken them to the recycling station.
My only complain was that they couldn't make plain noodles without vegetables in them. Also, the kids menu is somewhat confusing, written in two places on the board so that you might wrongly assume there are only three options for kids when in fact you can order small portions of everything on the meny.

Food was great despite the busyness of the restuarant. Servers were quick and efficent in cleaning eating areas to avoid queues of people waiting to be seated. Had the orange chicken (bit dry on the saucy side) large snack box and thai pudding. All in all no complaints! So glad they are here in Birsta!
Very clean asian restaurant with the most creative menu. They have children portions and stafd is very kind. One of the best branch of chopchop i have seen so far. Hope to see them in Umeå!
