Ordered thru Door dash. Items (fajita onions and peppers) were not on my salad, entire bottom of bowl was water. Did not receive chips and salsa. I returned them to the store and found the store untidy at 8:30pm very minimal food displayed. Attendees told me that morning shift did not prepare fajita onions and peppers therefore there had been none all day. Also stated that they were out of tomatillo salsa but didn’t replace mine with anything nor was I refunded. Gave me a large bowl of guacamole that was brown before I got home. And old rubbery chips. Needless to say this was my second bad experience with this store and I will not be back.

I had a pickup order at 5:40pm.. The lady at the window was so nice and the bowls she fixed were well proportioned, not too much of one item, but just right. I didn’t get her name, but she did a great job!

We spent $40.00 + for a little over a tablespoon chicken on our tacos. They were cold .the drink area was filthy and 6 or 7 employees, some just standing around

Delicious food! Happy to have a Chipotle in Pearl. The fajitas and chips are occasionally over salted but overall good place.

Place and people are super nice.. they even have some fun. Drive thru and all 4 agua frescas. Only complaint is no shade inside the dinning area.. so afternoons are hot!

I ordered online. Delivery was fast. Burrito bowl had very fresh ingredients. Very generous portion. Starts off kinda sweet but savory flavors accrue over time. Needs more cumin.

I get the feeling this location - that just opened a month ago - isn't going to be around very long. The workers aren't really glad to be there, the food was skimpy, very cold, extremely salty ... and lastly --- overpriced. Not to their fault, Chipotle is just about the most over-rated hyped thing out there... a Mexican restaurant without warm food, ground beef, white chicken, fresh vegetables or more than 6 items on the in-house menu. The restaurant interior is really nice and contemporary - so there's that. I do have to say that I'm glad that the economically-sinking Pearl, MS got this place because they need just about anything they can get at this point. They have so much fraud and controversy in the governance and are losing businesses left and right.

This Chipotle franchise is an example of how you RUIN a brand. The workers in this restaurant are jaded and are not engaged with customers and are probably $7/hr. The woman who made my tacos put the skimpiest amounts of rice and steak on our food. I asked if that was the correct amount and she said curtly 'Yes' and that I must have never been in here before. The food bar was a total wreck - everything grossly leaking into the next container - and they were out of about half of everything. Wilted lettuce had gravy all in it. I wanted to walk out - it was gross. The food was horrible and stone cold. I don' think they even warm the food bar. It was staffed like a really bad Jackson fast food restaurant - and it's been open only a little while. They won't last - especially at those insane prices. What a really sad first impression. The clock is ticking...

Food was edible but very bland and mediocre. Music so loud inside it is impossible to hear the very, very rude employees taking your order. Had to correct them multiple times for every order for my entire party.
