It was crazy crowded. They were out of steak but otherwise everything was good - however, as we were sitting there they announced they were out of BOTH rices (white rice took 30mins to replenish), take out orders ran 20mins behind, and the drive thru line was very long. I felt bad for the employees tonight. It appears they've been setup to fail through poor management and corporate initiatives. Online ordering and the "Chipotlane" have put them under incredible pressure. The queue inside the store used to naturally manage demand. Now it seems corporate wants stores to accept as many orders as possible, even if this comes at the cost of quality and service. Again, I put no blame on the employees. They are the ones that have to deal with angry and impatient customers, created by a system they have no control over. Placed online about 8pm then waited inside for 30 minutes to br told out of prep. And still taking care of drive thur and inside. Said cancel. Well it on different phone and how I get my 32 dollars back. Team didn't know what their doing and had alot of us upset. Just want my money back.... never again. Under Clint Browning. Just went to this chipotle , I got home my chicken was burnt , it had black char on it !!! It was not edible in the slightest, I go to eat my chips and they taste like rubber like they’ve been sitting around since noon…. Terrible experience. I’ve come here multiple times and have never had an issue but tonight 3/5/24 was not good & makes me not want to go anymore , I came around 4:45 pm
