Went to this location spent $32.72 on a steak bowl and a burrito. I got home and the brown rice was not cooked, it was so hard I couldn't chew it. I usually don’t do this but it bothered me. I ordered an online order & it got stolen. Was told the manager would remake & she did BUT it was done with attitude because she had to remake it. When I asked her could she add more cheese she goes I cannot do that. mind you I would think that since my order had got stolen & you verified that it was me in person & it’s now an inconvenience for the both of us , I feel like adding an extra “sprinkle” of cheese shouldn’t be a problem. She proceeds to say just because you’re standing in front of me doesn’t make a difference 😳. And I honestly feel some type of way about bc it is wasn’t my fault it got stolen.
