Lots of bad reviews but we had a great experience last night! It was clean. Big tasty burritos with no time waiting. The only thing is that food is getting more expensive and 2 burritos with a drink was like $33 dollars. I've been to Chiptole twice till now and both the times the rice were undercooked. This can lead to stomachaches. Would highly ask Chiptole to look into this. Rest of the toppings were good. The place is very dirty. Needs serious cleaning. When I told the girl that I hardly can see the food she didn’t show any reaction. I thought she didn’t hear me, then I decided to tell the same to another girl and the reaction was no reaction. The chicken in my bowl was overcooked and very dry. When we went to find seats, the chairs were so dirty that we started to look at every table to start our lunch. When I started to take pictures of the restaurant we noticed that girls started to clean the glass panel where you make orders, we noticed that it seemed very difficult to do it because it was so dry and old dirt. This Chipotle is awful. Double Chicken paid extra 5 dollars for this and ended up getting this. Not much better even if you go in person. Go to the rivers ave one, much better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Really thought this was going to be a better experience but I was proved wrong. ☹️ No sizzle on the grill and meat was in a tub. The bowl was cold (mostly because of the toppings) and no real way to hear it at home except to try to separate everything which was impossible. Ever try getting sour cream off steak? Or hot guac? Oh well, at least the commercial was delicious. Also more pricey than expected. $35 for lunch for 2 with carne asada. I just had the worst experience here. The young lady that fixed my food tried to use the same spoon she used trying to dig up one of the pans.. she keep digging trying to get the pot out then turn and use that spoon to get my chicken, when I said something about she got an attitude and gave me a little bit chicken that forced me to pay for double.. She was absolutely rude. Thank God for the nice cashier that check me out. You guys have to do better about customer service.. Im n from out of town but I will never stop here again.. Today I went with my husband to eat at Chipotle on Center Pointe Dr. North Charleston and we received terrible service. First of all, they wanted to serve us very little food when we have eaten in other chipotles in different locations and the amount of food is in accordance with what is paid. I tried to talk to the manager in charge and he didn't even let me finish talking when he told me "You can leave, have a nice day" in a rude way! I told him I wanted my refund since we were very dissatisfied with his treatment and the quality of the food! I have not received the refund yet. I'll wait a few days to see it reflected. Don’t come to this Chipotle!!!! Service is subpar to say the least. Always closes early, or they put a sign up saying online ordering only. Soda machine is out, no lemonade, no tea…. No steak, and no customer care!!! No hustle, just lazy employees and lazy managers. Floors are dirty, tables dirty, trash is piled up, nothing is stocked. Oh but the price has gone up and the service is down!
