Being my very 1st time, I can not speak for every Chipolte, but I did enjoy my meal, service, and all-around experience at the Lawrence location. Maybe not the best choice after the gym, but I was getting a hungry headache, and to be completely honest, I've been wanting to try it. I planned on getting the chicken bowl from their commercial. I wasn't aware of the different choices. The steak was pink 😍 so brown rice, steak, guacamole, black beans, white corn, sour cream, mild salsa (I think they gave me the hot) I love spicy but found the salsa to be over powering. I also got a side of chips but didn't eat any. I planned on taking it to go, but I like to people watch so I decided eat in. Plus, like I said, I was hungry. The portion shown in the commercial looks much smaller than the actual portion size. I like that the kitchen and service area is open. A friend suggested that next time I try, the shredded beef (I think that's it) I'm not a salsa lover, so I'll be leaving that out. $18 and very fulling. I'm not one to finish an entire meal, so for me, I couldn't even eat 1/2 of it. I definitely enjoyed my meal. This is my local franchise that I frequent . Last 4 visits the staff seem disinterested in serving the public,disgruntled , the entire store is messy . If I could rate 0 stars I would I had an extremely negative experience at this store. The customer service was terrible, the food was stale and disgusting, and the workers were disrespectful. They even laughed while making my bowl and intentionally gave me only 3 pieces of chicken, despite me paying extra for my meal. The environment was also terrible, and this is not the first time I have witnessed them treating other customers in a similar manner. I want to clarify that my feedback is not biased, as I have seen them behave this way with many other customers as well. I just had the worst experience with this location and the Manager named Antonio. I ordered a burrito bowl via Uber Eats the bill was 25 dollars and all I received was chicken. Ok so I get in my car and see what happens. I get there and they explain something happened with the order but then the Manager starts laughing and tell me “That’s on you miss” with no respect at all. please note it’s 10 at night and I’m looking at him like really! I promise Antonio I will make sure your Sr staff know about this. I didn’t argue with him just submitted my refund request but this experience will never be forgotten. I rather drive to the next chipotle or even eat at Taco Bell then eat at this location again! Do not eat here!

Horrible the food at this location is horrible..... don't waste your time or money...I ordered the white rice bowl.... with chicken... black beans and corn the rice was sticky and salty the chicken was a well the beans were undercooked and the corn was super hot (spicy) I won't be going back ever to this location Food: 1

The mangers are nice and the places is kept clean. I got my food with in minutes. Around launch time it got a little busy but everyone work together to keep the line to a minimum. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I requested double meat but the portion sizes were extremely small on both of my orders. This is the second time I have requested extra and am given the bare minimum. I counted and I have literally 3 pieces of Carne Asada what is the point of online order when I request double or extra of something if you give me small portions if I don't watch you make my order. Soda tasted like seltzer water and the worst part barboca is very salty. Spent $50 and don't feel i got what I paid for. Also nothing was labeled so I had to open other people's food to find out which was mine.

Fire the entire staff!!!! Except for Caliyah. She was the cashier who was very helpful and pleasant. The rice was tuff (undercooked), the establishment was filthy. The young man that served my sister had his pants down to his knees, and he used his gloved hands to pull them up. When I asked for the manager to my surprise this same young man is the manager. There is a Marshall, Burlington, DSW and a Target in that shopping center. There is no reason why a manager should be carrying hisself so filthy. I wish I had a photo of the "Manager". And let me not forget to mention the facial expression, it says he doesn't want to be there, he is over his job. At 8:54pm I called and asked to speak with the manager to complain about the meal. The male who refused to share his name stated he was the manager on shift and after me getting upset, he stated that his name was (Jay). Service Take out Price per person $10–20
