Chipotle is not life… worst dinning experience of my life. I got a kids quesadilla just to get a small lunch and it was like I went to the dog food factory down the street and asked for a quesadilla. The tortilla stuck to the aluminum foil when I opened up my foil of hot garbage. Couldn’t get any of the tortilla off the foil and the meat wasn’t even that good. If I had time I would have walked back in to get a refund for whatever was given to me. Kids that get kids meals like this one are bound to gain resilience from the amount of grit required to persevere through the terrible meal in front of them. Kids need to experience this hot garbage to realize what is unacceptable in today’s world. Godspeed to the future of America. This is the worst chipotle I've ever been in. The employees seem to hate there job even the manager. Running out of guacamole which makes them more money is Terrible. The place was a complete mess trash overflown,counter tops full of food debris. Employees touching there face and glasses without washing there hands before handling food. Rice was not fully cooked. Manager putting dirty dishes in fridge instead of sink area is unsanitary and fails ecosure Rice uncovered next to meat that was recently cut up is non proper. Wish I had pictures but I couldn't be in there anymore. I know what should be done I ran a chipotle before this is not the standard. All of the reviews I’m reading are from months and even over a year ago, this location still has not changed one bit from all the other problems I’ve had with it before. This time had my order go through the app that uses DoorDash and the dasher said that when he arrived that the manager had told him “sorry I can’t help you” in a apathetic manner after he was trying to get a question answered. Order was delivered and turned out to be the food for an entire family of four that they could have eaten but instead my mother was unable to eat anything due to allergies, overall a bad location with a bad reputation for understandable reasons. And the fact you can’t even call the location directly to discuss your issue (as it directs to you to an automated call) it makes it very hard to get issues resolved. This location needs new management or people will continue to only go to the other location across town for their business. The restaurant had an "outage." They lacked several staples: tortillas (really?), carne asada (which they were promoting at the time of my visit), as well as about 6 or 7 other items. They did post the missing items on the front door as well as near the counter. I had hoped to get a carne asada burro or meal. I was disappointed. I ordered a chicken bowl. The food tasted good, but just not what I came in for. No apologies for such from the staff. The table was dirty. I had to clean it myself. This was my first visit to Chipotle in a while. I don't think that I'll be returning anytime soon. There needs to be better planning on getting their supplies ordered.... Come on, it's the busiest shopping time of the year. Lots of potential customers out there Chipotle. Parking was an absolute joke, unless you're driving a go-cart. It's a traffic nightmare. First time here trying out this place. Food great but lack of service not so much great. Not one smile or greet. Told them it was our first time and they didn’t offer to help. I have visited many Chipotle Mexican Grills around the country as I travel. That said, this on is the dirtiest stores I'veeatenat. Every table had food on it and floor was disgusting. Stainless steel front panel on soft drink fountain in dinning area falling off held on by one screw. One of my husband’s favorite places to eat is Chipotle. We came here a couple times and it seems that almost every-time they are out of something. They always seem to lack in employees and the guy on the grill takes his sweet time, no hustle! Just a disappointment. We prefer the Chipotle on S Plaza Way and thats where we give our business.
