I always gone to different chipotles to try and this one is my favorite one overall. They always give us a good amount and it’s always fresh, we always have the most excellent service! I always see someone cleaning and making sure everything is clean! My boyfriend and I go everyday for lunch we never miss a day, even if we are not together that day we still go separately and still get our bowl. Even if I have 20 dollars in my bank account I would rather go spend my money at Chipotle! I feel like Chipotle portion sizes are always inconsistent, but the amount of barbacoa they served me tonight was laughable. Paid over $5 for extra meat, so you win I guess. Service Dine in

Ordered two burritos through the app using rewards points for one. My burrito (the least expensive, thus the rewards points one) was half the size of normal. Very little filling and so much excess tortilla at the ends I had to unroll it. I had to eat it with a fork anyway since the top had a huge hole on it 🙄 The other burrito was smaller than usual too, tho not nearly as small as mine. I usually eat half and save the rest for later, this was like a half. Also through rewards it said I could get a free order of chips but it wouldn't work to add it. It said I could scan it in the store, not going to wait in line for $2 worth of chips when my order is pickup. Not finding rewards to be very rewarding. Dining area was not clean. They ran out of fajita mixture and salad dressing entirely and was not preparing more. Was just told they didn’t have it for today. Also, they have started giving less meat than they used to and filling it up with rice. Very disappointed it changed the taste of the meal without these items and I will not be returning to this location again. the food here is delicious, but the service is terrible. the servers skimp you on portions and give u only a bit of what h ask. if you ask for more, they call it a double order and charge double! servers were super unhelpful and took a lot of online orders in front of a very long line and didn’t help anyone. I will never come back to this chipotle, even though it’s the closest one that I live to. Every time I come here there is not a single staff member that is the same and I have to assume that it’s because of bad management. It is so unbelievably messy and unorganized along with all of that the portions are NEVER consistent. I got about a golf ball size of guacamole and that’s after asking for more twice (pictured). I also am gluten intolerant and this past summer they did not feel like making their own chips so they got store-bought flour chips and I ate them not thinking anything of it and got sick for the day. Beyond all of that, they often charge for things that they don’t give you. I beg of anyone looking at this, just go to a different restaurant or at the very least a different chipotle. This location is a joke. Ordered the quesadilla on the app (says digital special only so maybe they've just never seen one? 🥴). Picked it up and sadly didn't open til I got home. This is awful. $10 for this? This is not a quesadilla. This is a school burrito served 5 days after it was made with the scraps left around. Service Take out

They prioritize online orders way too much over the people who actually come in. Manager needs an intro class on food service management. Not exaggerating the line moved at 1 person ever 4 minutes. It was very aggravating to watch them make 8,9 online orders in between every person in line - as the picture shows. If you can't cater to your in-person guests, shut the online orders down or minimize the amount that come in so that your staff can keep up with both. Or close your doors to in person orders. Otherwise it's very frustrating for everyone patiently waiting. Oh, and this was at 1:45pm - I got my food at 2:30pm.
