What is happening to my favorite restaurant?? The last four times I went through the pickup lane, the orders were wrong, half the size they usually are, or they were done so early the food was cold. Not to mention the last time I went in and watched our food made, the kid dumped so much sour cream on the tacos I had to ask him to redo them, because he wasn’t going to. Then top it off, we go to a chipotle in Columbus, where we Have to order online only, so we do. They were 30 minutes behind the pickup time they’d recommended. They don’t have chips or tomatoes, which they didn’t have posted anywhere, so we just got our order without. In which case Because we had to order online we couldn’t get a refund unless we WENT ONLINE AND REQUESTED ONE. I work right up the road and eat here all the time…. I stopped in to eat on November 11, 2023 at approximately 6:15 pm. As I approached the counter to order, I was told I to leave because I had my service dog at my side. There was no room for discussion or a chance to provide my medical documentation. I struggle to walk and keep my balance without the guidance of my hard working service companion. There were approximately 3 customers in the seating area and 7 employees behind the counter. It was very humiliating and discouraging for me as I struggled to get back out the door. I went across the street to Applebee's where I was treated with respect and my service animal was treated as an extension of myself. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
