I am so disappointed in my service tonight. The entire crew made up of only guys all
need to be trained on customer service. I was the only person in line at first and the guys talked and made online orders for atleast 5-8 minutes before even acknowledging me. Moving extremely slow as a line formed just a complete lack of consideration for our time and money. I had to wait atleast 5 minutes for each station with no clear reason as most of the guys were just talking to each other. The line was a disaster they need a pm supervisor or just someone who knows how to run a restaurant up at the front making sure they are keeping things clean and neat because it looked a mess. And my chips look like I soaked them in water that’s how greasy they are I’m not sure why they were soaking wet with grease but I cannot eat them you guys need to do better!!!!!!!
