Food was okay, usually avoid ordering from this chipotle because order is messed up most of the time. ordered pick up yesterday & when i got the bag in the drive through i check it, (because they usually forget something) no queso that i ordered, wave the girl back over and let her know & she then tells me she needs to check AND ASKS FOR ME TO HAND MY OPEN BAG OF FOOD BACK TO CHECK MY BAG THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH!!! wanted me to hand the bag back for her to go through a second time! which if it would’ve been checked before being sealed we wouldn’t be in that situation. hand her the bag back and after digging through my lunch and not seeing the missing queso she then checks the receipt to make sure i wasn’t lying about ordering it. very disgusting practice. think she was just having a bad day. probably will not order from this location again
Dirty facility.... Had to repeat myself multiple times because yelling at coworkers they are out of rice is apparently more important than the question you just asked a guest.... if your reading this don't bother heading here.... find somewhere else to be
