Ordered door dash, delivery driver was great, but staff was too lazy to cook more barbacoa(notified over the phone). Then they forgot an entire burrito and put 2 green peppers in the bowl calling it fajita peppers.....to finish off my kid who loves chipotle and didn't get food cried and blew his nose into my food. This location is blacklisted for awhile for my family. Chipolte customer service did credit us for the messed up meals, but those credits will not be used unless I am there to pick the food up and verify the order. Service Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1

Not sure how they are training the employees. But customer service is lacking in this location. Asked for a Steak Bowl. When the employee made the bowl he scooped the rice and dragged the spoon so most of the rice fell out and did the same to the steak. Got half of what I should have received. I asked for more meat and he took the spoon and picked up a couple of pieces and put it in the bowl. When I said something ,he asked if I wanted double meat. I just wanted what was supposed to be put in the bowl in the first place. He did the same with everything he put in the bowl. I understand everybody is taking the hit for higher wages being paid. But you are also charging more for the food. Won't being going back to this location. I ordered take out this afternoon and was disappointed. My bowl with carnitas, pinto beans, salsa, lettuce, cheese, and guacamole came without pinto beans. Needless to say it was not enjoyable. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
