Don't bother ordering extra ANYTHING if your are ordering delivery cause you will not get it BUT you will sure as hell pay for it. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and order a second time. That was obviously the wrong choice. I ordered double meat and rice. Didn't get either. These people can't be trusted unless you're there in person staring at them. This bowl was probably the most saddest and nastiest bowl I have ever had. I ordered a salad bowl and always get a little rice over the lettuce… tell me why they put a mountain of RICE ON ONE SIDE OF THE BOWL?! Not only that the lettuce was the size of my damn head and the sauce was SALTY, it’s honey vinaigrette; it’s suppose to be sweet and just a tad bit thick and lighter in color. We placed a mobile order for three people, and every single order was wrong. The burrito that had my name was actually my friends burrito, my spouse's order was a burrito when it should have been a bowl, and my friends order wasn't even included, we got an order that was for someone else. Where do I start. This place has always given me attitude. They act like your bothering them or something. After a lot of research and talking to corporate I found out that they do not do things right. It's always messy. Working efficient and sloppy fast are not the same thing. That's something they are still working on. From a customer service standpoint, service is horrible. If you complain or say something they do not agree with they argue. Being a direct to customer experience this type of practice is mind boggling. With this Chipotle and many others the Customer is wrong. Now the fajita veggie mix is made wrong according to company guidelines. For example Yellow, Red and Green bell peppers are to be used. A equal amount onions to peppers not 90% onions. The Steak and Chicken shouldn't have any fat or be chewy or grissily type of texture. In fact the best thing they make is Excuses.
