First time to Chipotle..server had bad attitude, like she hated her job and didn't want to be there. Told her it was our first time. She asked bowl or burrito ? My husband asked which is best she shrugged her shoulders, said I don't know, depends what you like. We left and will NOT return!!! Now we know why this location is never busy! Went in around 4 today, workers had no customer service what so ever. My fiancé had asked for a burrito shell and the worker mentioned they were out. The lady moved so fast we had no chance to ask for more of anything. We get down to check out and my fiancé seen a pack of burrito shells and mentioned something to them about purchasing a shell, cashier said he couldn’t sell them because they were for online… Anyway got home to eat, my “chicken” is mostly fat.. This is the single worst Chipotle, and possibly restaurant, I have been to. They have just about every problem a restaurant can have. The food is always poorly prepped: too salty, fajita veggies barely cooked, jalapenos chopped into huge chunks to set your mouth on fire, protein either barely cooked or overcooked, and the food and burrito prep areas a cross-contaminated nightmare. The service is poor, which I can’t blame the staff much for as their managers’ attitude is the worst of all of them, and they are visibly irritated at the problems they created for themselves at all times. I have stopped ordering from this Chipotle after I received multiple incorrect orders and just plain inedible food. I cannot count on this Chipotle to take my $15 and give me something that I can eat for it. Fewer and fewer locals are coming as we all learn how awful it is. Pretty much all their business must be people coming off the highway who don’t know they’re better off at the gas station down the road. Corporate should either do a total reset with all new management, or raze the place to the ground and let them build a Panera. EDITED TO ADD: I live 5 minutes from this Chipotle and I’m currently going 30 minutes up to Canton to go to an actually edible Chipotle. They must buy the positive reviews, or they’re people who have never visited Chipotle before. Or any restaurant where humans eat.
