Yes… we all know that Chipotle, regardless the location, has decreased its quality of everything, from staff, customer service, cleanliness and so on. But this location is an exception (at least at this moment) I just went there (W at 8:35pm) the evening male manager was so kind and helpful, as well as his crew. Sharita, the manager (I believe) is Very efficient and Detail Oriented!! I used to live (for 2 years, 3 years ago) a couple blocks away and she always got my orders correct! I'm very specific with what I want and she has always gotten it right! Because of this, I continue to visit this Chipotle, despite moving 5 miles away, 3 years ago! Her and her team are always Super Friendly, provide quick and accurate service, and make the atmosphere warm and inviting! I will continue to go back weekly! Thanks!! The service here is a disaster. Out of several items. No sense of urgency. One guy working his butt off and 5 others barely alive or functioning. The restaurant was filthy. One customer, 4 employees and not one table was wiped off, the floors were disgusting, the soda counter didn’t look like it had been wiped all day, spills that had dried up, no napkins in any three of the dispensers and they looked old either rust or food spills. the food was dried out the orange that came with my daughters food had brown spots on it- we threw it away. Simply the most disgusting place I have been in a really long time. I have pictures. I would have left but my daughter was having a low blood sugar issue and couldn’t wait to eat. Place is a complete dumpster fire. Out of so many items, meat is completely burnt (I got the steak which was what looked the least burnt), workers rude and took 5 minutes to figure out how to accept a gift card (mind-blowing), dirty floors and tables. Laughing as I see the same reviews from 6 months ago with responses from the owner and nothing has changed. Definitely taking a break from chipotle for a long long time

We were on our way back home and decided to stop at the Chipotle in St. Louis Park. We go in to order our food to find that they had no Fajitas even though it appeared they were making more. Not only that but the female staff member was adding chicken to one of our orders and barely added anything. When asked to add more she mocked us and asked to charge for double meat. This leading to her coworker laughing and jeering at us as well. Once we got the food and returned home to eat the rice was undercooked. Altogether I would say we are never coming back to this location or any other Chipotle location again as this seems to be a common trend. We usually understand fast food work is hard and you might be having a bad day, but never take it out on the customers. ordered online take out. was ready early and had everyone i ordered. Had to grab my own fork and napkin despite checking it on the website. The inside didn’t look the cleanest but i was only in there for a minute. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

Disgusting! The owner does not care about the health and safety of their customers! It’s about the worst Chipotle I’ve ever seen. I’m sure the media and health department will be getting involved soon. This is the limited amount of pictures I got on the way out but you should have seen the kitchen. Really not sure how this place passes the health department inspection it’s so unsanitary! And this is not just a one off it’s like this all the time. Hopefully they can figure this out before someone gets salmonella poisoning again! I have messaged Chipotle corporate multiple times on Facebook messenger with absolutely no response. Really sad Chipotle used to be great! Price per person $1–10
