DO NOT GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY HORRIBLE LOCATION Absolutely disgusting. First of all my order was missing a bunch of toppings. rice was substituted for brown fine I get you run out of stuff. But there was like a disgusting brown goo on the top???? Idk it was part of the salsa but I know that's not how the mild salsa should be.
The kid at the drive through window literally just ignored me and kept filling orders for over 10 minutes when it takes 2 seconds to just hand me my order out the window. He made probably 6 orders before serving me I understand finishing what you're doing but I'm a real person waiting for the food I ordered. I was 10min past the pick up time I chose so I know it was ready.
Might as well have lit $20 on fire and I even tipped that SOB. All customer service did was give me a side of guac... 😒 Yeah that's not going to cut it.

Its only 8 pm, and they're out of everything. The kid serving was incredibly rude and gave me a tiny bit of everything. The floor was dirty, and there was hair in the fork utensil cup. Trash everywhere. They had at least 6 people, one person taking orders, one ringing out, one 2 cooking. I'm not sure why the others couldn't clean. It wasn't busy at all. I love Chipotle, but I highly suggest going to South Portland or Portland instead. I'm not looking forward to summer when the tourists are out. This was our 4th visit, and the bf and I have had complaints every time. The time before this, we did the pick-up lane, and they made us drive around twice, saying it wasn't ready. Made the order for 2pm and got it at 2:20. Get it together, Chipotle 🙃
Edit: My boyfriend pointed out that the parking was almost full despite us being the only customers and no one inside eating 🙃 so the employees are taking up the handful of spots. My bf said his pork was dry and gross. Yay for wasting $20 👍🏽 train your people, Chipotle. This is awful.

5pm purchased burrito bowl for dinner No peppers or onions available. I offered to wait if they were cooking and was told that they still needed to be washed and cut No peppers and onions truly changes the flavor of the bowl and this was dinner time running out should not be an issue. I had the pulled pork which I love When I got home to eat it my pulled pork had a large fat block attached to a skimpy piece of real meat. I know it is hard to get good help but I think a manager should be controlling stock and oar levels to assure quality and also overseeing meat preparation

Honestly surprised by the low reviews. I’ve stopped here twice in the past two weeks and it’s been solid each time. They actually had fajita veggies and didn’t skimp on anything. Got a burrito bowl and both workers loaded it up. I drive around the state constantly for work and this is by far the best chipotle.

They seem consistently out of crispy tacos and chips. Several staff milling around, but no one acknowledged my presence until the poor kid who seemed to be the only one on the line finished checking out another customer. The line itself was a mess. Finally, a young female staff deigned to put some gloves on to help the next customer, and then she made a big show of reaching over the kid to grab toppings/sauces, all with a very sour, unfriendly countenance. I felt bad for the young server because he seemed new and he was getting no support.

Normally love Chipotle but was shocked at how bad this location was. First and last time I’ll go to this one. Very dirty, overflowing trash both in the kitchen area and dining area. Service was terrible where the girl barely even communicated with the customer just looked for eye cues on what you wanted. Food serving area was filthy and there was chicken in the rice and several items just missing. I could go on but you get the point. We were going to eat in the restaurant but were literally driven out to eat in the car due to there being fruit flies swarming around us as we tried to eat… not even kidding. Other customers were swatting their hands in the air trying to keep them off the food as the ate. Not sure why we risked eating the food at this place, but we were hungry and spent money on the food so we ate it. We all thought it tasted a little off so only had a few bites but luckily none of us felt I’ll or anything after. I get that everyone can have a bad night, and I normally give people the benefit of the doubt, but based on the other reviews here this location has issues. Definitely needs better management, quality control and cleaning protocols. Worst corporate chain food experience I’ve had in a long time if not ever.

I feel as though the food has been pretty good. The people/service is also good. However, the place is a dump?
It's always very dirty, and it leaves little desire to come get food there.
There are guac/sour cream stains all over the tables, and the floors are littered. Even the spot where you get your drinks is disgusting.
I feel as though this store could benefit from asking if the food is for here or to go, and if its for here, they should give out trays to lessen how much food is spilling over.
And obviously, our messes made (by us, the customers) aren't their fault. We should be better humans. However, attention to the mess could be taken care of better after the fact.

The first time I went it was great, I had high hopes. Every other time after it was awful. These kids don’t know customer service at all. One person made my food then just left it in the counter, I waited for a few minutes for one of the other 7 workers to wander over and cash me out. Didn’t offer a receipt or bag, just left me there to go chat with his friends.
Plus they NEVER have fajita veggies! What’s up with that? You’d think that would be the easiest ingredient to have on hand.

I have been to this chipotle a few times and it was ok, but this time I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I ordered a pick up order for a specific time since I live far away, and when I got there AFTER the pickup time it wasn’t ready. The two boys working asked me if I was here for my order and I said yes and gave them my name and one of them proceeded to roll their eyes at me. Then, they started making the order AFTER the pickup time requested. I stood there and watched as they threw things in the bag… When it was finally ready 15 minutes after I had requested, they practically slammed the bags down in front of me and said ‘’here’’ and handed me a separate container of salsa with stuff dripping down the side. The burritos were mangled, and then chips were all crushed. I definitely won’t be coming back. Not to mention the place was not busy at all, so there was no excuse to be behind with the order or be so agressive putting everything in the bags. Serious customer service issues.

I ordered $60 worth of food and 3 of them were veggie bowls.. fajitas were missing in all of them and there was not enough of anything in the bowls! We ordered at 730 and scheduled pick up at 8:20. The food was cold, missing fajitas, cold burritos, and a bag of chips were missing. We drove back to the restaurant to have ours fixed and the restaurant was a disaster. There were a group of kids from Kennebunk who were visiting a kid who worked there and there was trash all over the floor, the kitchen was disgusting, the friend who had his friends there he served them a lot of food and didn’t leave much for anyone else. There was a young guy cleaning something but the grills were cleaned like no one else was able to cook. The guy on the register was able to help us and serve us but then was told they were out of fajitas and white rice and the food was cold. Then the guy who had his friends over walked over to the register and hocked a loogie into the trash can next to the register. It was disgusting. The entire place needs a code violation. Staff working that late should not be underage as they aren’t even old enough to cook on the grill alone so they cannot serve the menu. The register guy was also too lazy to check that there was more of rice and avocado in the fridge. Which the avocado was also turning brown already. I wouldn’t come back here. Definitely calling the code enforcer. Someone is bound to get food poisoning for not having the food at right temps. Oh and also the group of kids we’re talking to the friend right infront of the register kid where they accused him of breaking the cash register for either planning to steal money or being upset either way it was unprofessional and petty.
