A BIG FAT NOGO. ZERO STARS.
I ordered online and paid for double meat on my salad but got NO meat at all. The mixed greens were soggy from a vinergerete that should have been put on the side. Then there was no lettuce, only spinach and the pinto beans were refrigerator cold along with everything on the tray; this experience was terrible. I ordered online for delivery and when my food got to me the restaurant was "closing store" so an answering machine kept picking up. I want my refund. I went to sleep last night hungry and pissed. $30 for a soggy spinach salad with no meat! Terrible!

They’ve improved in all areas. Food is delicious and consistent with other locations. They had a rough opening but they have turned it around. One of my favorite destinations for lunch.

Honestly do disappointed. Chipotle is my favorite place but they really disappointed here. How are they always "out" of everything at 11am?? No fajitas, Pico, or salad dressing. This will probably be my last time here. This has happened several times and it's just an inconvenience at this point. Paying a pretty penny for only a couple things.

First time we had carryout, excellent food. This time, it was horrible. Someone I n the kitchen thought Someone emptied out the red pepper 🌶 into our dish. I love hot, spicy, but that's all there was. Never again 😒

Open atmosphere. Walking in greeting the employees, I received no answer. The employee I was looking at whilst saying "hello" was my server.
No personality, mumbled what the options available. Nearly innatentive, although looking directly at me.
It is painfully obvious none of the employees want to be there, which is exactly the feeling one gets when attempting to eat a meal sitting in the dining area. No comradere amongst the employees, only words spoken between them were simple directions.
Bad vibe. Anxious atmosphere, couldn't rush through our meals fast enough. Which, ironically, we're delicious. Decent Queso Blanco.
