Don’t normally post reviews, but what Chipotle has no steak, no sour cream, no forks and no chips? In fact they didn’t have chips on back to back days. Also didn’t have appropriate take-out lid on first visit so they had to use aluminum foil. Also had no bottled drinks. Customer service was also poor. Went back a 3rd day in a row (long story) but it wasn’t open, 20 minutes after opening. Why can’t 0 stars be an option cause that is the deserved rating. "Ordered a Chipotle quesadilla, got a hot sauce masterpiece instead! It looked like the delivery guy ran a marathon with my meal. Quesadilla? More like a hot sauce swimming pool. Extremely disappointed with the service and food there. I’ve ordered many times, and food has been wrong. Most recent order this week was completely wrong didn’t receive my extra toppings and double portions that I paid for. Or silver wear or sour cream. Update: I did contact them based on their response and trust me it isn't worth it. Corporate did not seem to care at all and it appears as nothing was done. Everyone should report this place to the state. The most disgusting restaurant ever, it was a mess everywhere. They didn't have sour cream or shredded cheese anywhere? Asked for pinto beans and and they put black beans on, wife corrected her. Some bins were empty of their food and she had to keep getting more and it wasn't even busy. I've never seen a burrito made in a salad bowl, see photo below for end result. Ultimately didn't eat our food but didn't want to be rude and ask for a refund. Waste of money!!!! I love Chipotle, but the mess that this restaurant is doesn’t make any sense. There’s always a lot of food missing from the lines, the tables and drink station are always dirty, or they straight up have the doors locked during regular business hours. My teen daughter tries to get food here at least once a week and there’s really maybe a 50% success rate. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Food was good but out of some stuff. Dinning area was disgusting. No clean tables and trash on the floor. I asked to speak with the manager and they had to get him from out back in the office. When I told him about the tables and floor he stated they had call outs and were running behind. If that is the case he should have been out from helping and not in the back office. He then came out and briefly swept the trash up and then just stood there. Tables were still not wiped down. Will not return to that location.
