Mexican dishes are to be tried here. Order nicely cooked salads at this fast food when you happen to be near it. A number of visitors find that the staff is knowledgeable at this place. Based on the guests' opinions, prices are democratic. But google users haven't given Chipotle Mexican Grill a high rating.
Wife and I can here for lunch the other day. I honestly just starter eating Chipotle about 2 months ago after a friend took me here and I love Chipotles food now. Any how both of were greeted and we both ordered bowls. Wife got the white rice with chicken and all the extras. I'm a little different. I asked for white rice with no cilantro like I do at every other Chipotle I go to and it's never a problem. When I asked the guy just stood and stared and me and was like we don't have that. I explained to him yes sir you do you have pans of rice already cooked without the cilantro added yet. He proceeded to go ask his co-worker and she showed him were the rice was. The whole time he just seemed super annoyed that he had to do that which kinda made me a little mad being I was about to order like a $25 bowl. I always get white rice. double pinto beans, double chicken, and add pork as well. We both got chips and a drink. It was like a little over $50 in which I didn't mind. All the tables in there were completely dirty and not clean at all. The food in the bowl was very good as always. The chips were completely stale and was horrible. The location honestly needs a tune up because all the other locations I have been put off a good vibe from employees, restaurant is clean, and kitchen is very productive. I will this location 1 more time and if same result will not come back and be sure to spread the word on my food blog.

Burrito was good until a found a piece of plastic in my teeth. Who knows how much I swallowed. And yes I'm sure it isn't a bean shell etc. I can't snap it in half with my teeth.
Portions are absolutely horrible. You have to ask for double meat and get charged extra to still get less than a normal portion. Here is a photo of my $12+ burrito bowl BEFORE eating anything

I really like chipotle food and I come to this store all the time, but the experience was not so good. After paying for my drinks I realize that at 8:50 all the drinks were collected and there were no options to drink only sodas. The night shift cashier was not very pleasant to solve our problems.

I recently visited Chipotle and would like to share my detailed review of the restaurant. Overall, my experience was a mixture of positives and negatives, encompassing food quality, customer service, and pricing.
Let's begin with the highlight of my visit – the food. Chipotle's offerings were indeed delicious. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the vibrant and well-seasoned bowl meal I ordered. The ingredients were well-prepared and of high quality. The vegetables were crisp, the meat was perfectly cooked, and the combination of flavors was delightful. In terms of taste, Chipotle definitely lived up to its reputation.
However, I must express some dissatisfaction with the customer service. While not terrible, it left much to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked the enthusiasm that would have enhanced the overall experience. The service appeared rushed, and there was minimal interaction with the customers. Although this didn't directly impact the quality of the food, it did dampen the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. With a more attentive and friendly approach, Chipotle could significantly improve its customer service.
Regrettably, after consuming my meal at Chipotle, I experienced a severe stomachache and, eventually, diarrhea for the rest of the evening. While it's difficult to determine the exact cause, it is worth mentioning that this was an unfortunate outcome of my dining experience. It is important for Chipotle to ensure food safety and make efforts to address any potential issues that may cause such discomfort among their customers.
One aspect that could not be overlooked during my visit was the high price. I was taken aback by the cost of my meal, which amounted to $32 for a kids' meal and a bowl meal. Considering the portion sizes and ingredients, it felt disproportionate. While I understand that quality ingredients and sustainable sourcing come at a price, it would be beneficial for Chipotle to re-evaluate their pricing strategy to maintain a better balance between affordability and quality.
In conclusion, my visit to Chipotle was a mixed experience. While the food was undeniably delicious, the customer service left room for improvement. Additionally, the unfortunate aftermath of an upset stomach after consuming the meal was a significant drawback. Lastly, the high prices are something that potential customers should be mindful of. Overall, while there were positives, it is important to consider these factors when deciding to dine at Chipotle

The customer service was so terrible that I lost my appetite. I asked for double chicken and the woman instantly got upset and started yelling “IF YOU WANT EXTRA MEAT IT’s GOING TO BE AN UPCHARGE!” Then she refused to give me double meat but then told the cashier to charge me double. My travel meals are 100% reimbursed so the upcharge doesn’t affect me. The instant aggression, being spoken to in a disrespectful, and unprofessional tone was completely unnecessary.
This was my first time visiting a chipotle at noon with slow traffic. You guys are doing a great job of scaring off the patrons.

There’s always this one employee who gives the SMALLEST portions. I’m paying 16 for a bowl and he tries to give you half a spoonful.
He needs to be trained how to prepare a plate or he should be doing a different job. He is not serving people the right amount of protein. People are usually too shy to say anything about it but he won’t learn if no one says anything. I come to this location 3-4 times a week for the protein. But this dude makes me not want to spend my money here. My entire office has had the same experience with him. I can get 20 people to voice the same issue just with people I work with.
This is an issue that needs to be addressed or I’ll simply stop coming and make sure everyone I know, knows to avoid this location for the tiny portions and outrageous prices respectively.
Don’t get me wrong. There’s employees who care about the customer and I’ve had 90% good experiences here but this one employee just seems to be there more often and it’s making me not want to go there. Makes me think this location is rationing when he gives you the tiniest amount of protein when I’m paying a premium.

Staff was really nice and made their honey vinaigrette since they were all out even though it was close to the end of the night. It’s really the only reason I get chipotle and I was at first so disappointed they were all out.
I’m glad they told me they could make some and I’d just have to wait a few minutes.

If you love the idea of over paying for poor quality food, an unclean restaurant environment and overall poor experience, this is the place for you.
I used to love chipotle. This place is not your norm. It's abysmal. The meal for 1 adult and 2 pre-teens was $50. The cheese dip was terrible and we threw most of it away. The bag of chips was 1/3 crumbs.
Long story short, avoid and go to torchys.

We’ve ordered for pickup twice from these people and twice they’ve gotten the order wrong in just the most spectacular of ways. I chalked the first one up to luck of the draw. After all, it happens. So we tried them again, because the food is well made when they can manage to get the order right, you know like, apparently when you’re right in front of them. But, fool me twice, you know? That’s on me. TLDR: don’t order pickup with these people, and God help you if you dare to get delivery.
