I recently visited Chipotle and was impressed with the quality of the food and the service. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The food was fresh and flavorful, and I appreciated the variety of options available. I particularly enjoyed the burrito bowl, which was packed with delicious ingredients and had just the right amount of spice. dishonesty is the biggest failure in business. It is the third time I am being extra charged. I was ashamed of shaming them the first two times so I never said anything but this is the third time that is happening to me in a month. Charging me for extra things. This location rocks. They run out of individual food items in the evenings a lot. I don't go to other Chipotle locations enough to know if that's standard routine. Staff is very nice. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

OUTSTANDING!!! I forgot to ask for my receipt for my rewards and this associate was digging through trash for me!!! Can’t believe this. Best service ever. He was trying so hard that I was okay with not getting the points for the food. I will be a customer for life because this service is rare. The two women were very helpful as well. You guys are amazing. Thank you for making me feel important in a world that makes me feel the opposite. I don’t think you guys know how these simple acts affect someone. Kudos!!! How it is possible to stay in line for an order of chicken quesadilla and waiter said that only if I order online the chicken quesadillas is going to fulfill the order but rest the people got whatever they want in front of me. This is a terrible experience. This is the store address where it happened 21135 Bothell Everett Hwy Bothell WA 98021. Don't go there!

Terrible service. I order tacos at almost all chipotle locations and I’ve never seen a location care so little and essentially treat it like a bowl. They just threw stuff all over, there is nothing in my tacos, and the filling is just a mess everywhere else. This location really needs to do better. I even said something and they pretty much blew it off. If you don’t want to spend time to prepare your food items properly, don’t sell those items. Service Take out Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They’re always missing something from my order, without fail. But the chipotlane is so dang convenient with a sleeping toddler in the car that I still go here. And their customer service is always great on the app, so I usually get reimbursed or something free when they mess up my order. This Chipotle place is relatively new, and anytime we come does not have long lines. The food is fresh and taste great! For some reason, it is freezing cold inside and looks like the AC is always on. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

We love Chipotle! No matter where you go in terms of location you are guaranteed to find great food, can make and arrange your own choices to suit your mood or taste on any given day. Horrible experience, the staff was super rude. She messed up my order and told me that if I’m not happy with it just go to another restaurant. Is this the best you can do Chipotle? Hire someone who’s at least normal and doesn’t piss customer out. Used to love Chipotle and get it once a week, never coming back.
