Ordered a steak burrito bowl. 3pm. Asked for sour cream. They informed me they cannot give me sour cream because they have to save it for online orders. Spoke with manager. She said same thing. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Haven't been back since the first. Won't give them another chance. They told me I had to contact corporate because those are their rules. This is by far the worst Chipotle that I've ever experienced. The food always looks old and dry. Today was no different. Black beans and pinto beans were dry and the guacamole was all brown. WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON AT THIS LOCATION?? WORST service ever! I placed an online order, arrived, and my food was not ready. They proceed to tell me there were out of many of the toppings. I paid for guacamole and they didn’t have guacamole available. I ordered one chicken bowl and one barbacoa bowl. The chicken was not even cut, it was a whole piece of chicken breast with mainly just fat. None of the food had any flavor. The rice didn’t even have cilantro. We couldn’t even eat it, it was that bad. These kids that were working didn’t even care, they were just on their phones. This place does not even deserve a star. Service Take out Meal type Dinner

Every time I visit this particular location and request a quesadilla, I am met with an excuse as to why it cannot be made on-site. The most recent reason provided was that quesadillas can only be ordered online. This response not only lacks common sense but also undermines the essence of customer service. As a loyal customer who appreciates the menu offerings at Chipotle, I find it disheartening to be consistently denied a simple request for a quesadilla. I purchased the tried and true chicken burrito. Absolutely no issues for me. About a quarter of the burrito was wrapped up and taken home. I ordered a salad from this location yesterday and asked for an extra salad dressing and the lady charged me an extra $1.60 for the little cup of extra salad dressing. She said that I was only able to get 1 salad dressing with my meal, and the second one was an additional charge. To make matters worse…the dressing that came with my order, and the dressing she charged me for was only filled half way. When did chipotle start charging for salad dressing? At least fill up the container of free salad dressing. I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this location. Last year I had a bad customer experience at this location with another lady. I was ordering a kid’s meal and she was making a fuss about asking for a little more cheese. This location always seems to skimp on providing customers with what they need for a delicious meal. Literally the WORST chipotle i have ever been too . they never have things prepared , my order is almost never right when ordered ahead and they are always claiming to be out of things even tho they open the fridge to check and you can see some right there , i understand that things get pre portioned for days but you’ll just have to portion again .

Really sad, Chipotle used to my FAVORITE place to go. I got brown guacamole definitely not fresh in my bowl and my husband asked for double chicken and double rice and beans and it looks like it’s half of what my regular bowl is and thrown in there haphazardly. My husband won’t even eat it as it does not look good, so it’s a waste of food and money!! I have no idea what they are doing and I’m really sad that there aren’t any GOOD chipotle’s around here.

No lettuce and no change for payment posted when we arrived. After we started ordering we were told it was a 40 min wait for rice. They were super low on barabacoa and I got half a serving. When i asked for more the manager left and went and told the cook she was tired of people complaining…. They charged me for guac and then told me they were out. People were leaving left and right. We were told that we would be unable to order a single taco. We also were told we couldn’t order a quesadilla during peak hours. Which in this case peak hours was 6:45. The thing is that if you work at chipotle majority of the time is peak hours. I’m normally not bothered, and typically let it go but my family and I drove 30 minutes. Some of the portions we got in our bowl were severely small. My question is if it’s on the menu, then you should be able to serve it unless your out of the product. I’m making this review to spread awareness to the issue, and hoping it gets resolved so others can truly enjoy what chipotle can offer.
