Do better at reading online orders. I specifically put that I wanted extra rice and there wasn’t. I specifically noted that I wanted my guacamole and beans on the side and it was mixed in. There was also sour cream in my bowl that I didn’t ask for. I did an online order because the employees are rude af here. Worst location I’ve ever been to.

The inconsistency of this location bothers me since Chipotle is my favorite fast food restaurant & it’s the closest one. I have to drive further to get my fix. This is the second time I come get chipotle but both times I've came I was greeted by a rude worker. The girl who took my order looked annoyed with me and even made a face. Sierra Lakes has much better workers. This is the third time I’ve waited for my mobile order here and the FEMALE workers stayed taking the men before me even though I (a female) was visibly in line to pick up my order. Bot at all cool, and it says a lot about who you guys prioritize as customers. I’m not one to take this serious but that was just offensive.
