Check your food before you leave because employees here aren't doing there job properly. I'm a truck driver who orders on the App and multiple times I pick up my food it's not even complete. This time half the bowl was empty. Last time they didn't leave utensils. How are you supposed to eat your food on the go if they don't even give you a damn spoon and when they do half your food is gone?!? I like Chipotle! This Chipotle's chips were not fresh! These chips were not "Lovingly" at all! Moisture had hit them and they did not have a crunch or crispy. The guacamole was also not as fresh! What is going on with your sides? I had a chicken bowl and that was okay not the best but okay! GINA IS THE BEST! she was so sweet.shes professional and has a great attitude that makes me want to come back the whole staff today was amazing! I will be back. Food tastes fresher if you order in person. I like Chipotle but don't like ordering from the app. I've ordered from the app multiple times and I arrive within 10 minutes of ordering. Food is ready but looks like and tastes like it's been sitting around for a while. I ordered a side of white cheese sauce and it had a random piece of chicken in it and had a film on top of the cheese like it wasn't freshly made. As I mentioned in the beginning of my post, food tastes fresher at this location if you order in person. Don’t come to this chipotle they will always get your order wrong and can’t follow simple instructions 🤣. I placed a pick up order on the app a simple CHICKEN bowl with white rice, black beans, and instead they gave me a bowl with a tortilla, chicken, pinto beans. No where in the order did I say add a tortilla. Come on people what happened to following simple instructions and reading. If you make a mistake, redo the order!! We ate inside in the dining room and it is absolutely freezing cold in there and it was last month when I went there as well. I thought the heater was broke then but apparently not they just keep it in the 50s. I will not be going back. I always have issues when I come to this location. I waited over 10 minutes past my pick up time to say something about my order not being on the shelf’s and they had it behind the counter all this time. Not to mention the obvious small portions and sloppy work. Also their customer service is nonexistent. Employees were joking around not paying attention. I ordered a Asada burrito w/ brown rice which at first bite had hard rice. The meat was also small portion not to mention the meat was mostly joint meat (hard chewy un-digestible).
